I would definitely recommend asking for her when you’re thinking about getting a car. She made the process a lot more easier than I thought it would’ve been! I like the fact that Mid-Illini stocks quality cars that are in demand. They allowed me to take my prospective car to a local mechanic to have it looked over. I appreciate the honest upfront discussion on price and the care that they had for me as a customer and balance that with their needs to make money on the vehicle.

I'm a real person I bought a used is250 this car is gorgeous I've had a few problems but Rick has went to hell and high water for me to get them fixed. I mean the best customer service I have ever gotten he is always available him or Jeff I have never enjoyed buying a car as much as I did with them the Entire staff was friendly helpful . I drove from Monroe Michigan to get this car and yes I had to take it back to get it fixed but the point is they helped me whatever way I wanted to go there stood by my side not off in the shadow . We recently purchased our second vehicle from Wallingford Auto Park, our salesman Jeff went above and beyond showing us many cars. We had a couple issues when we picked up the vehicle but Wallingford Auto Park took care of them right away and redetailed the vehicle and gave us a free oil change.
The drop-off and pick-up is highly efficient. The personal service is outstanding. I do suggest however service Representatives the given company cell phones to use during the day. I didn't answer the call coming in regarding the status of my vehicle the first three times it came in because I did not recognize the name on caller ID.
I went in to see the car I picked out online. Met with Mallory, she was very professional. She stayed focused on the task at hand, which was to help me purchase a car. She didn't get side-tracked or leave me waiting. She got me in/out and on with my day in about half the time that I planned. She treated me as a serious buyer and was super polite. I hope my next car purchasing experience is with her.
Samantha Terry was very accommodating and easy to work with. We were able to come to a fair deal on our 2010 Prius. I will not hesitate to visit Lexus of Chandler in the future. This was my second time purchasing from a Penske dealership, and both were pleasant experiences.
