I bought a BMW 750 Li from Hi Line and I was very happy with their customer service. From the sales associate to the owner, they were professional and polite. I asked them to correct a small issue with the car and they handled it without question. I strongly recommend them.
I'm still working on possibly purchasing a vehicle from them but the service has been great. They're professional and personable. They also haven't been pushy but made me feel they're truly interested in doing what it takes to help me find the right car.
Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.
Everything about Park Place Lexus made the experience enjoyable. From the greeting at the front desk and introduction to a knowledgeable Sale Associate you will find every step in the process very comfortable.

He was extremely prompt, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process of identifying and negotiating a final deal for a car I've been waiting to purchase for over a year. I would highly recommend Hiley Acura, and especially Blake, when purchasing a new Acura. First, the staff are great. I felt like friends were helping me buy a car, not like salesmen pressuring me. The car was fantastic, the price a real deal. They took care of everything and took really good care of me. I couldn't ask for more, and couldn't be happier with my Suburban.

I was not planning on buying that evening, but the car turned out to be a great fit for me and we were able to negotiate a good price. On Friday, 6/15/18 my husband and I purchased our 2nd ES 350 from Sewell Lexus of Dallas. My 2007 ES 350 Lexus had 250,000 miles and I never had to do any major repairs. Throughout the 12 years of the 2007 vehicle, I visited Sewell Lexus service many times for routine maintenance/ware & tear and I always received SUPREME service. It didn’t matter who the service advisor was because they are all very professional and they all go out of their way to provide the very best service. I would never go anywhere but Sewell Lexus of DALLAS.
