Impressive Seamless Purchase Experience

The search for a Lexus started a month before the actual purchase at dealerships near my home in Lakewood, California which was unsuccessful. The day before I purchased my Lexus, I expanded the inventory criteria on Lexus’ website to dealerships within 70-mile distance. While searching, I completed the online inquiry form for different dealerships that had vehicles that matched my criteria. Paul Dal, from Lexus Carlsbad, immediately called me after completing the online request at an impressive rate of less than 5 minutes. I had several questions about the vehicle and Paul took his time to answer my questions thoroughly, set up an appointment with me to meet the sales manager the following day, and email me information about the ES350 that I set the appointment for. Upon my arrival at the dealership, I met with the sales manager who introduced me to Sean Roeder, Sales Person, and the test drive followed immediately. During the test drive, Sean answered a few questions I had and let me enjoy driving the vehicle. Upon our return, the sales manager asked me for feedback on the car and then prompted Sean to begin the process of filling out the paperwork for the purchase of the Lexus ES 350. The beauty of this part of my purchase experience is the level of respect from the sales team towards me. They knew that I wanted the ES350 I set the appointment for and test drove; they did not try to sway me to consider other vehicles or leases at any point of my sales experience. Sean really impressed me by his commitment to taking care of his clients. Every step of the experience was seamless which made it a great experience purchasing the Lexus 350. Furthermore, each person that I interacted with during the purchase experience was professional and actively listened. I will only purchase my vehicles from Lexus Carlsbad and will continue to highly recommend Lexus Carlsbad to my family, friends, colleagues, and clients.
