i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.
I absolutely hate the process of buying a new vehicle but Kristian made the process so simple! He and Steve are very respectful and honest and care about your experience not only during the purchase but afterwards as well. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
Steve and Kristian make the buying process very simple. We have bought two vehicles thru them and the vehicles have been in excellent condition. They go thur the specifics of the vehicle and allow a good test drive. Once a decision has been made to buy they make the financing and other paperwork as easy as possible. No pressure to buy. They take the time to review all features before you take the vehicle, especially the electronics and programming. They deal in mostly high-end vehicles. Highly recommend.

Dean made the purchase of a used vehicle as painless as possible. It was s fairly quick and easy purchase and Dean was pleasant throughout. Pablo in finance was also helpful. We never felt any pressure. However, we at first opted for the extra warranty. We were not told until The final signing that it is a 50% (them) 50% (us) coverage. Also, it is advertised as a three year/100k mile, and much of this period was already covered by the manufacturer at 100%. In the end we purchased the vehicle without the extra protection. We are happy with our minivan!
