Yes I went and tried out a vehicle on Friday and I have challenged credit and they were working on getting me financed and they said they needed to get it financed on a Saturday and he would call me but I never heard anything back from them so I was very disappointed and then lack of response I feel like they should have followed up with their customer either way it went
Everything about our experience was terrific! The dealership (including the restrooms) was spotless! Our Salesman, Randy Enloe, was outstanding. He explained everything about our new vehicle in great, easy to understand detail. He was able to answer every question and made us feel very comfortable about the transaction. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a Subaru. Each person with whom we had contact was pleasant and we felt no pressure. The Dealership really worked with us to make a good deal.
We didn't deal with the Lynchburg office in person, but when I spoke with the lady in finance( I am sorry I don't remember her name) she let me know that they can ship the vehicle to our closest location. That to me is customer service! Our application was simple and we got pre qualified. Next car will be a CarMax car !!
