Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.
Honestly I couldn’t have gotten a better deal or worked with better people! Such a great team and so knowledgeable! I’ve had my car for several months and anytime I call with a question, the team at Lexus is so willing to help!!!
They wouldn’t bargain because they knew they were the only game in town and they so stated. They need competition big time !!! We owned a 2004 Lexus RX 330 but since they wouldn’t deal we bought the best Toyota Siena.
I bought a slightly used 2017 Corvette and had an excellent experience. I got a better interest rate on my loan than I expected from Reggie and was very happy with dealing with him. He’s a very polite southern gentleman. Lisa the office manager is an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I had an issue with my car after I picked it up and had already signed the papers. I told Andrew the owner about my issue/problem and despite him legally not having to do anything he went out of his way to make things right with me. He’s a man of integrity and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Andrews Imports.

ABSOLUTE PROFESSIONALS!! I was an out of state potential customer who needed a commitment on price prior to spending hundreds to fly in for a test drive. Andrew (the owner) did just that and was honest and forthcoming from the very first email. He even offered to pick me up at the airport on a weekend- pretty nice of an owner to get involved with its customers! I was left alone with the vehicle without feeling pressured or pestered. Reggie ensured the vehicle was ready for viewing and the Office manager Lisa fluently worked thru the paper work without feeling like I was being rushed.
1) Photos- Accurate and not misleading
2) Communications- Timely and Honest
3) Vehicle- one minor discrepancy (after all its used) but much Better than expected. Very clean and nice driving vehicle.
4) Transaction- Easy and fast
5) Customer service- Superb and felt confident representatives were honest
6) Southern Hospitality- I wasn't offered anything to drink. (OK I had to find something they could improve upon LOL)
Competent and friendly team that I felt would have remain as such whether I decided to purchase or not.
I loved doing business with this dealer. Every car on the lot is in magnificent condition and choosing what I wanted to buy was hard. I bought a 2008 BMW 328i and the dealer was easy to negotiate with to come up with an offer. I did not feel pushed into a sale like I did at other local big dealerships. You can also choose to have the service done at this dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car before going to a large dealership.
