Pleasant experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove

We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership. I called ahead of time and was greeted on the phone by Joe Troutman, a salesman at the dealership. He made sure the car was there and pulled it aside while we drove there. Once there it was a smooth process and we ended up buying a 2013 Ford Explorer in great condition. Joe even met us there on a Thursday which was his day off. Super new and clean Lexus dealership if in need of a Lexus.
Just wanted to say thank you to a great purchasing experience with Ryan McKinnon. Ryan went out of his way to advise us on the purchase and make sure everything was ready for us. Driving 6 plus hours was hectic, but he really make us feel comfortable about our purchase. Love our car, thank you so much!
I recently leased my second Lexus from Thompson and it was another great experience. Heather took me out to test drive serval cars. She showed me all the features on them and now has me using the voice commands, which I never did before. Marc was able to work with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payment I could afford and even gave me a gift certificate to send in the shop. They are professional and the quality of customer service is appreciated.
Highly professional dealership. I remotely bought a used car from them that I only personally saw the day I picked it up. They were extremely honest about everything that is wrong with it even stuff that the inspector I sent had missed. I knew exactly what I was buying and they cooperated with me in full. On Tuesday November 14th 2017 we purchased a vehicle from Johnny at Burns Auto and Truck Center. I was giving great customer service. The professionalism was awesome everything that I expected was provided. Johnny was great and walking through everything that I was doing and needed help with. And Gene the finance mgr was great at helping me get into the vehicle I want it. The facility was very clean organized and do appearances all the vehicle look great. My vist for service at Lexus of Cherry Hill was done in their usual outstanding manner. Lexus of Cherry Hill is, and has been for the last 13 years, the auto service and sales dealer for me and will continue to be my go to place for any auto service or sales.
Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.
Mike and Steve were great! I emailed about a car i found on cars.com and Steve called me to let me that the car had a package that was unusual and actually may have dissuaded me from buying the car so I didn’t make the 40 min drive to them and come away dissatisfied, talk about honest!! Ended up buying the car and had a great experience, despite having a cranky 3 yr old along for the journey. These guys rock!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
