Pleasant experience at Thompson Lexus Willow Grove

We drove an hour and a half to visit this dealership. I called ahead of time and was greeted on the phone by Joe Troutman, a salesman at the dealership. He made sure the car was there and pulled it aside while we drove there. Once there it was a smooth process and we ended up buying a 2013 Ford Explorer in great condition. Joe even met us there on a Thursday which was his day off. Super new and clean Lexus dealership if in need of a Lexus.
This place was amazing. I don't have the best credit so I went in with low expectations but high hopes. I walked out with a 2018 car and payments I can afford thanks to everyone working with me from the car to the insurance. Thank you Danis
Just wanted to say thank you to a great purchasing experience with Ryan McKinnon. Ryan went out of his way to advise us on the purchase and make sure everything was ready for us. Driving 6 plus hours was hectic, but he really make us feel comfortable about our purchase. Love our car, thank you so much!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.
Our recent experience of purchasing a new Lexus with the able assistance of Zena Demirceviren, Sales Excutive, Hadelman Lexus of Princeton, was very pleasant and smooth. She was knowledgable and patient giving us plenty of time to test drive different models and to reach decision. when we express our hesitation to drive the brand new car at night in the poring rain, she and Andrew Ertingu, Technological Specialist, kindly delivered the new car to our garage right after we got home. Well, that what we call a real service and we are thankful. In follow up, a few days later, Andrew spent sometime with us to help us familiarize with various features, their functions and how to operate them. We do appreciate this additional help. The Lees
I worked with Scott Hallman and have purchased 3 cars with his assistance. He was informative, knowledgeable, experienced and followed up on all questions. When the car was delivered he made sure I was comfortable with understanding the details of the car.. Scott is an asset to the dealership. I have purchased cars from other dealerships but my experience with Scott was by far the most comfortable, courteous and reliable.
Mike and Steve were great! I emailed about a car i found on cars.com and Steve called me to let me that the car had a package that was unusual and actually may have dissuaded me from buying the car so I didn’t make the 40 min drive to them and come away dissatisfied, talk about honest!! Ended up buying the car and had a great experience, despite having a cranky 3 yr old along for the journey. These guys rock!!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
The dealer picked up and returned my car. The service was timely and the car was cleaned very nicely. Overall I am pleased with the service.
