Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
I said I would revise my post if they delivered on their promises and Ryan Jones and James White did just that. Could it have happened faster? Maybe, but I didn???t make this easy for them. I got into a 2019 for less than Sheehy wanted 2 months ago for a 2018, when there were $10,000 of incentives! Love my new ES 350, I call it the Boss cause all I have to do is what it tells me to do!

Saying that Bob Barrett is one of the BEST salesmen in the business is indeed an understatement! I have purchased several cars in my lifetime and my experience with Bob and Koons Lexus was easy...and with no pressure. The sale with Bob is more of a conversation to uncover your needs in a vehicle, and then he searches their inventory to find you the car of your dreams, or in my case several cars. Our experience began with Chelsee in the Internet department who listened to our needs and gave us a price that was very competitive with other offers we received. We then came into the dealership and were greeted by our assigned salesman, Mohammed who provided excellent service and a signed contract exactly in accordance with what we had been offered. We look forward to a long and pleasurable relationship with the folks at Sloan and are appreciative of the fair honest service we have received to date.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

Our 5th great car from Off Lease! Damien was wonderful, and helped us navigate the car buying process yet again. When we???re in Florida, we always stop by off lease as the selection, quality and price is unmatched! We call Nashville, TN home much of the year, and there is no way that you could find so many late model premium late model cars and trucks (the truck selection is amazing). It takes a bit of time and research, but loved Damien???s honesty and help in finding the perfect SUV for my daughter. Mike Katz as sales manager is truly the best! Thanks Off Lease!! Customer service was awesome, jermery was so patient with us, he took the time to hear us out to see what was the best option for us and was very honest about cars that has been in accident. Armondo was great worked with us....
Michael Balek was a very personal and friendly individual to deal with. We came in on Saturday and had to leave and thin about our options and weigh out the pros and cons. If it wasn???t for him and Bradley another sales manager that was with us we wouldn???t of gone back. These two made this long process and little less worse. Also our finance guy David in room 13 was great as well! Thank you to all three men!
EASY LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE, Tyler was smooth ,humorous and attentive to details. Everything laid out easy to understand, selection of JEEPS small but everyone was a buy, just pick your price range. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision.
The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off.
I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!
