George is very personal and treats his customers like family. I bought an IS300 from him 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with George, two weeks later I bought another Lexus from him. This time an RX350 for the wife. Trust me, I did all the research, contacted a ton of Lexus dealers, nobody can beat George! You won't be disappointed.

The service at Longo Lexus was excellent! All three gentlemen, Francis, Hieu, and as well as Derek. Originally came in for service with Francis and Hieu called me to come in to see if getting a new car would be better than my current. My answer was yes!
So i went in already knowing what i wanted. Had my appointment already made and he was there waiting for me no issues. It was kind of strange to me how he didn’t know where the vehicles were so we had to go look for it. We walked for a bit then got into another vehicle to search for the vehicle. I think the lot and vehicle locations should be better situated. The buying process was easy and smooth. When the car was purchased i was waiting for a final cleaning and check of the car. This took forever. When i finally got the car. The inside of the windows were still dirty you can see the finger prints and the rear emblem had some chemical in it that oxidized the emblem. It took them a long time to seem like nothing had been done properly. I did appreciate the person helloing me to keep checking on me and letting me know the status instead of leaving me. The clean process and check process of the car needs to be better managed. It shouldn’t take that long for a half xxx job.

I am impressed with personalized response of sales team. I am looking for a particular used car and have not yet found the right one. I can only speak for the initial follow up response which is prompt and courteous. The only negative is the unnecessary sales emails that have nothing to do with my search. I also could not rate 4 of 5 areas due to above mentioned reasons, but a 5 star to date
Excellent professional service with both David Mercado and Miriam and excellent negotiation with John, the finance manager. David took the time to take me on a test drive and Mariam took the time and patience to explain all of the features of the vehicle after I made the purchase and eased the adjustment process! They followed up with a call to see how well I liked the car and I love my ES350!!
Denise Avila helped me with the purchase on my pre owned vehicle it was an amazing experience, service was quick and no hassle at all. Everything was pretty straight forward and we were on our way. Really please with customer service here.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
