Excellent Sales, Staff, and Experience!

I was coming off a Mercedes ML 350 (GLE 350) and this was my 3rd Mercedes lease. I couldn't imagine liking any vehicle as much, or more. And yes, I was used to luxury. Well, on paper I narrowed it down to another Mercedes GLE 350 or the Lexus RX 350 and wasn't going to look at anything else. To my surprise, I fell in love with the Lexus RX 350! And happily so, since it's a welcomed change and stunning vehicle, and luxury all the way. I purchased it in black with the parchment interior, which is a gorgeous two-tone. Not only is it a looker, it's a smooth ride and no more high test gasoline! I'm thrilled with my purchase and more importantly, the entire sales experience. I met my salesperson, Clayton Woods, and from the get-go he had so much knowledge of the RX 350 and F Sport model and was able to contrast against my Mercedes. He was extremely helpful and supportive, especially knowing that this was a big decision for me after having an MB for the last 9 years. I especially appreciated his patience and understanding when I was having a difficult time deciding on the standard model or F Sport, and actually changed my mind the day of signing! He suggested I once again take both vehicles out and explained the differences. Well, that final time together cinched it for me and I knew the standard RX 350 was for me. In addition, the service I received throughout the dealership was amazing. Thank you Mike Cohen, Sales Manager, for all you did to make this a reality, and Andy too for the add-on I purchased. To say it was a pleasant experience is an understatement. I actually enjoyed the experience and never felt pressured or uncomfortable, and every moment spent at the dealership was productive and not a waste of my time. I highly recommend Clayton Woods and Cherry Hill Lexus and will be back in 3 years when this lease is over. Thanks again everyone!
