You have always handled our car issues with the upmost professionalism. This is our first Lexus, even better than the car is the service. Facility very well planned out, easy to navigate. Suggestion would be to offer training sessions due to the complex nature of the cars features. I think many don't understand so many of the features, and don't know how to use them.
RUSS is great, he knows his business and flexible. The service staff not only does a great job with the routine jobs but is able to quickly identify anything irregular with the car. Love my car. Performance has been superior. .

Have been with this dealership for over 15 years. The service.is superb - one can trust their recommendations (never pushing unnecessary work) and the quality of service is the highest. The sales staff is equally knowledgeable and professional. And they let you know they want your business and will work with you. Every one is attentive and courteous.so that any experience at the dealship lets one go away with a good feeling. These are the reasons we keep coming back. I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.

George is very personal and treats his customers like family. I bought an IS300 from him 2 weeks ago. I was so happy with George, two weeks later I bought another Lexus from him. This time an RX350 for the wife. Trust me, I did all the research, contacted a ton of Lexus dealers, nobody can beat George! You won't be disappointed.

The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.
