From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

In for my RX350 60k mile service. This dealer is the best. My service manager, Heath Bradburn, greeted me right away and was very thorough in reviewing and discussing my service needs. Heath explains everything in plain terms, while making you very comfortable while you wait. The technician, Kyle Hyer, serviced my Vehicle today and did a thorough check out. I love this dealership! Started our quest for a new car in September but due to some health problems we had to cancel our appointment. I came in for checking low pressure in my tire. Apparently I had a nail in the tire. Jason accommodated all my needs even it was after hours. Explained and gave different options for fixing the problem. I was not rushed and had very good experience in this dealership as a first time customer. Mr. Bruno Santelli is extremely kind, helpful and well-versed. He was very instrumental in bringing closure to the deal and he worked diligently. He made my entire family feel very comfortable and happy. There was no pressure to close but it was too much of a good deal to pass up. Wanted a very specific new ES 350 F Sport in white with circuit red interior with select options. Esther Ortiz, my sales consultant, worked very hard to make sure we found the right car and made the right deal. She is extremely professional and trustworthy. Would do business with her and Lexus of Tampa again. The ES 350 F Sport exceeds my expectations.
We didn’t like the total inability to negotiate the price of the car, nor the dealer add on fees. We left without our car manuals. Our salesman, John Taliaferro kept assuring me he was sending them to me. I would get a couple and the nothing. He kept telling me he was sending the last one, even sending his own copy! No manual ever came. So, make sure you leave with everything because once you walk out that door, nobody really cares if you ever get what’s missing. You will play “the check is in the mail “ game until you tire of it and order the manual online.
They were wonderful people to deal outstanding all around. The individual I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. As a buyer from 1000 miles away they could have treated me much differently but they treated me like I was at the dealership.
