My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sam to lease our new Lexus SUV. We had visited a couple other dealerships and the service we experienced was poor. When we met Sam we explained what we wanted and the fact we had limited time for the test drive. He got us in a car relatively quickly and off we went. He gave us the run down of all the features while ensuring we got back in time for us to head out. Over the next couple weeks he stayed in touch without being pushy so we know when the time was right Sam was our guy. He even went as far as delivering the car to our home. This is the 8th car I???ve leased/purchased and it was hands down the best customer service experience I???ve had. Kudos to Sam.

Just purchased a CPO Lexus from the dealership. I live in Des Moines. Dealing with Alexai and Hendrick Lexus was truly a good experience. Steve was very thorough in the description of the car we purchased and handled the paperwork process smoothly and quickly. He scheduled a time for a more complete ???tutorial??? on the vehicles operations and additional feature installations in a timeframe that best fit our needs. Jessica was also thorough and efficient in handling the remainder of our paperwork. She alllowed us to put some of our payment on a credit card to help us manage our cash flow needs.
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
