Steve was very thorough in the description of the car we purchased and handled the paperwork process smoothly and quickly. He scheduled a time for a more complete ???tutorial??? on the vehicles operations and additional feature installations in a timeframe that best fit our needs. Jessica was also thorough and efficient in handling the remainder of our paperwork. She alllowed us to put some of our payment on a credit card to help us manage our cash flow needs.
I had a wonderful experience with Mike. We were greeted as soon as we parked our car and immediately had a straight forward conversation about what we wanted. Mike understood our goals and rather than playing the traditional game of negotiating to buy a car (or at least what I expected of this process), Mike returned with a few fair breakdowns and we were able to reach agreement relatively quickly. We were permitted to drive the car on our own, so that my husband and I could have private discussions and an unpressured final review of the vehicle. As a final touch, Mike put a bow on the car! I never thought that I wanted/needed that but he was so excited that it made us so excited! We took photos with the car and were able to share the moment with family and friends. Since the purchase, Mike???s friendly and helpful demeanor have continued with calls and texts to set up some initial detailing work. I am thrilled that we stopped in that morning and that Mike greeted us. I hope to continue working with Mike well into the future.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Sam to lease our new Lexus SUV. We had visited a couple other dealerships and the service we experienced was poor. When we met Sam we explained what we wanted and the fact we had limited time for the test drive. He got us in a car relatively quickly and off we went. He gave us the run down of all the features while ensuring we got back in time for us to head out. Over the next couple weeks he stayed in touch without being pushy so we know when the time was right Sam was our guy. He even went as far as delivering the car to our home.
