I recently leased my second Lexus from Thompson and it was another great experience. Heather took me out to test drive serval cars. She showed me all the features on them and now has me using the voice commands, which I never did before. Marc was able to work with me to get me into the vehicle I wanted at the payment I could afford and even gave me a gift certificate to send in the shop. They are professional and the quality of customer service is appreciated.
Highly professional dealership. I remotely bought a used car from them that I only personally saw the day I picked it up. They were extremely honest about everything that is wrong with it even stuff that the inspector I sent had missed. I knew exactly what I was buying and they cooperated with me in full. Let's start off with I was not even looking to purchase another vehicle, but I did!! I received a promotional email from Thompson seeing what they could do to get me to trade in my 2010 Lexus ES 350 which I loved. I responded letting them know that I had no need to trade at this time and was very happy with the last ES 350 they sold me. I also informed them if they could get me into a new Certified Lexus for around the same price and no money down, I would discuss the options. Well, they answered my challenge. Ryan McKinnon, who also sold me my last vehicle, gave me a call. After taking some time to work with my and the finance team, while he was on vacation, we made a deal work. I now have a new 2014 ES 350 that I love!! Thank you to Ryan, Sharon, Kyle and the whole team at Thompson for making me a happy customer.... Again!!

Our recent experience of purchasing a new Lexus with the able assistance of Zena Demirceviren, Sales Excutive, Hadelman Lexus of Princeton, was very pleasant and smooth. She was knowledgable and patient giving us plenty of time to test drive different models and to reach decision. when we express our hesitation to drive the brand new car at night in the poring rain, she and Andrew Ertingu, Technological Specialist, kindly delivered the new car to our garage right after we got home. Well, that what we call a real service and we are thankful.
