Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I recently purchased a certified Rx350 (2020) to replace my certified Rx350 (2016). While I had no issues with the '16., I wanted to upgrade to a model with all the new safety features and android auto. The Lexus certified program is the best kept secret out there. It takes all the worry about an investment in a vehicle. I walked away with a 4.5 year new car warranty with unlimited miles and 2 years free maintenance. I loved my 16 and I love my 20. Smooth ride, incredible amount of cargo space. I'm still getting used to the touchscreen it is a big change but a positive one. The only thing I wish was different is that the USB port used to connect to car play is located on the other side of the cupholders so you have a cord crossing over the cups. Strange design. The RX is a classic, dependable vehicle with everything you need.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

We happen to stumble across this place while out car shopping one day. I fell in love with the Toyota Avalon, but the car was too big for me to handle, needed something smaller. They suggested something else, and I really liked that one as well. If it would have been up to me, I most definitely would have purchased that same day. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase and mostly satisfied with the whole process. It took about a month to get the right color combo in stock, but it was worth it. I was a little disappointed that I had to come back the next day to pick it up though. Jake was professional, friendly, and had knowledge of the vehicle, but since I have been following this car's development for some time, I think I surprised him by knowing more than he did about some things. Management (David I think) tried to sneak a few things onto the total bill, but that was expected, that's their job, and I did my part and caught them. The finance guy, Gerardo, was very professional and made the final signing process easy and relaxed. Unfortunately, I guess he was the only finance person on Wednesday night and I had to wait about an hour for him to finish with another customer. In total, I was there over 5 hours.

Meets all my needs for commuting or traveling. The inside is roomy and pretty. I love the style and size of this car. Plenty of legroom.

This is a legit small business dealership, not a massive place but they have a LOT of newer model, low mileage salvage title cars with a few clean title cars here and there. Will, the owner, is a stand-up very honest guy, very chill, doesn't try the typical used-car dealer tricks, straight, to the point, and a good human being. The whole process is very easy going. I believe they open Monday - Saturday, Sunday by appointment only.

It is easy to drive and has aids, such as white line warning, to make it even easier. Maneuvers very well in parking lots and has backup help for added safety. The seats are wonderfully adjustable even for a 5'2" me. It is a comfortable easy drive for trips without the feeling of herding something down the road. Good, safe, family car.
