Professional, quality, courteous are among the words to describe the service at Dolan Lexus, Reno. Frank Casey has been my service guy since he started with Lexus for many years. I can always count on him anytime I have a question and when I need something done immediately. The extra touch means a lot to a senior.
The best service experience in Reno. Kay is an excellent service manager and all the work done was clearly explained along with a complete report including photos. Service at any dealership is more expensive but in the case of Dolan Lexus, it???s well worth the small additional cost. Would not take my GX470 anywhere else.
We were very happy with the purchase of our new vehicle through this Lexus dealership with Brad, Steve, these gentlemen were super easy and quick to deal with, and highly recommended to anyone who???s looking for new or used vehicles.
Amazing from start to finish, service advisor Mark Chism was beyond amazing from greeting me, to writing up my repairs and offering a loaner car. My current Lexus is 19 years old ! Amazing. Everything was spot on, he kept up to date on all repairs, answered my questions within minutes. No other dealership treats you this amazing as Dolan Lexus 5 stars ??????????
First Off Nate, Eric and Matt are super friendly salesmen! Not pushy and come say hi anytime I'm T the dealership! I bought the cheapest car probably on the lot but I still felt like a highly valued customer! Even after purchase I had a few low key issues and they brought it in fixed them and gave me a loaner while it was in the shop! From presentation to testing then financing it was all top notch. Will be buying from Dolan Lexus again and makes the trip to the DMV in California worth every 240 minutes I wait worth it!
I have been buying automobiles for going on 45 years and I can say without hesitation that my purchasing experience at Mercedes Benz of Reno has to be one of the most enjoyable I have encountered. The Floor Salesman, Scott, the Floor Manager, Ken and Finance Manager, Patty were extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
My daughter bought a Nissan Juke from CarMax, Reno. She also bought the Max Care 150K warranty from them. The car had 92,000 miles on it. It had gone through the CarMax checklist with no problems found. Within three months the car stranded her twice on the freeway. CarMax said it sounded like a CVT transmission problem and referred me to Nissan of Reno. Nissan of Reno found the fluid had never been changed. The fluid in this car needs to be changed every 30,000 miles according to Nissan. There was extensive damage and stress to the transmission. According to Nissan it needed a new transmission. CarMax Max Care covered $1500.00 of a $4100.00 Transmission.
I thought CarMax at least checked the transmission level and color. It was obviously worn and burned. How can we trust CarMax repairs for anything if they can't see the obvious? I tried to contact via email CarMax, Reno but have received no response.
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.
I was in mammoth and my trunk latch broke right before a snow storm on thanksgiving weekend and it wouldnt close at all. Everybody was closed and I was far from home and very worried. Luckily I called Toyota in Carson on Monday morning and they were nice enough to have me come in and get the problem fixed right away without an appointment and it was miraculous. this is all thanks to Rolando who was working there. they got the part ordered and they fixed the car the following day and I was on the road. I really appreciated that because I was in a bit of a situation I couldn't drive very far with a broken trunk and usually it takes a while to schedule an appointment so I give these guys an amazing person and consider themselves a lifesaver.
