I was really, really pleased with my experience here. The salesperson I worked with was friendly, helpful, cute with my kids, and not at all pushy. I was able to find my dream car at an amazing price, and it is in perfect shape (I had verified by Les Schwab before purchase). I found out that they make sure ALL of the cars are in perfect shape before they put them on the lot (fix any problems in their car shop before they sell them). They're would definitely be the first place I stop next time I needed a car, or the first place I would recommend to any family or friends looking for a car.
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. Brock and his entire staff were amazing! They welcomed questions and were able to answer all of them. Brock and I reviewed the available RAV4s and then reviews the carfax of the one I was interested in. We discussed price and trade in value w/o the least bit of pressure. It was a discussion compared to a huge dealer I was at earlier in the day where I felt like I was held prisoner until I bought a car. With Brock and staff it was an enjoyable experience!
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
Chris is my maintenance representative at Lindon of Lexus, and I have nothing but praise for him. He is a World Class maintenance representative for Lexus of Lindon, and the reason I get my car taken care of at that location. He has earned my total TRUST! On a scale of 1 to 10...he is a 20!
Jason was courteous and funny , he got me set up quick with a loaner car and told me it’ll be a couple of hours for the recall repair , he gave a call when it was ready , and overall had a really good experience at the dealership

I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and efficiency I experienced when purchasing my new Lexus. It is too bad they are located a good distance from my residence but notwithstanding the distance, everything was handled promptly and efficiently.
