This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I have purchased two cars from this dealership. I’m a woman on my own and always feared the stigma of getting ripped off, but both times went flawlessly. Most recently, Daniel helped me and it truly felt more like getting together with an old friend rather than a business deal. I love driving this car. It is so comfortable & smooth, easy to drive, and very dependable. The AWD and safety features were a must for this purchase. I had a 2010 RX for 11 years and hated to part with it. Not fond of the aggressive looking grill but otherwise a gorgeous car. Big fan of Lexus cars and service.

Love this SUV It just keeps getting better every year. I believe this is my 5th RX 350 that I have leased. Great ride, beautiful interior. No issues, usually just bring it it in for it’s scheduled maintenance. The car derive like a dream.

We'd been looking at Honda's at several dealers and having trouble making up our mind. Between having the sales persons hover over you while checking the cars out to asking things like "so what can we do to get you in a new car today?" which made us uncomfortable. Then we went to Ocean Honda and met Eric Alpuche who helped us immensely with out being pushy. He was extremely knowledge about his product and so pleasant to work with. He explained many of the features and how to use them without fogging up our heads with too much information. He also sent us an email about a month after the sale to reach out to us to say we are welcome to come in and do a little refresh on some forgotten instructions. As seniors we welcomed that with all the technology that's out there it's often difficult for us to familiar with the tech stuff. All together Eric as well as others at Ocean Honda Whittier was a good experience.

Bigger than it looks, but, smaller cargo area than you’d expect. Seat bottoms are a little lumpy on the cushioning. The controls for the info screen are maddening and shift off whatever you want to do with the slightest jiggle. Advertised MPG is 10% optimistic. Having said all the above, I love the SUV, it’s my second RX 350, fit and finish terrific, comfortable ride, really deadens exterior noise. Dealer service department is outstanding, what you’d expect in a luxury vehicle. I’ve owned over 60 vehicles, 5 of them other mfr SUVs, this is the best.

Very pleasant experience! No pressure whatsoever! Friendly and jovial sales person, I asked what was needed for test drive he said "nothing just a license" and tossed me the keys! Took the car for a leisurely spin (sales person didn't even come with, just gave us the car), fell in love. What a great machine. The salesman even offered to take a little off the top when I asked if he could do better, no back and forth required. Checkout process was smooth and easy and the car is holding up well. Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Had an Accident with my 2010 RX350 i upgraded to the 2015 Model and its one of the smoothest car i have ever driven, if its not Lexus then it has to be a Lexus..you can never regret the style and luxury,very fuel efficient. When on top speed vehicle drives like a plane with no noise..woooooooww am loving it.......

Great Experience! Maxwell and Andy followed up with my wife and I after finding a tranny problem on a car we test drove with Andy. They addressed the repair issue with their certified technician. We came back 3 days later and got the bad news about the tranny repair being required. We passed on the car. So my wife found another car there that she loved even better. Haha. Made an offer to Maxwell (sales manager) and it was accepted! Andy (salesperson) was honest with us from the beginning. The battery and both front tires needed replacing on the car we were buying and he replaced them for us under the time we finished with the dealer paperwork. The ladies in the office (Karen and Darlene) were also very pleasant to talk to and honest with us. Truly a conscientious team of people that work at DELUXE Auto Dealer. Hate the grills and spacey styling on the 2016 and newer Lexus RX350's. Love my 2015. Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good looking inside and out. If I buy a newer SUV it will not be a Lexus, due to the design. Too bad they ruined a great auto.

I had an easy transaction and smooth closing with Ameer, They were very professional and made the process of getting approved and thru the finance process as quick as possible, never once did i feel pressure to buy the extra warranty or any other items they wanted to sell me. I did have to question Nirto, Apparently, they charge for nitro in the tires!! Now that's a new one for me!! I had a terrible experience with this dealership 2 years ago, they sold me a truck over the phone and took 5k from a CC and then sold the truck out from under me. Good thing they are now under new management! Made it way better this time, they even picked me up from the Train station and had the truck all detailed while we did the paperwork. All in all good experience.

I recently purchased a certified Rx350 (2020) to replace my certified Rx350 (2016). While I had no issues with the '16., I wanted to upgrade to a model with all the new safety features and android auto. The Lexus certified program is the best kept secret out there. It takes all the worry about an investment in a vehicle. I walked away with a 4.5 year new car warranty with unlimited miles and 2 years free maintenance. I loved my 16 and I love my 20. Smooth ride, incredible amount of cargo space. I'm still getting used to the touchscreen it is a big change but a positive one. The only thing I wish was different is that the USB port used to connect to car play is located on the other side of the cupholders so you have a cord crossing over the cups. Strange design. The RX is a classic, dependable vehicle with everything you need.

Fun to drive. Very comfortable on long trips. Have not had any maintenance issues. Maybe too many bells and whistles, but most of them are good.

Don't get upset with a dealership for having tracking on a car (saves on insurance) along with other key options that are great for your next car. I feel very comfortable driving this car and love the interior. It is very easy to handle and rides well. It is great for long distances. I like the coffee cup when you are tired and not staying in the lane.
