As usual, my experience was great. All the necessary repairs were made and my car was ready when promised. My service provider, Alex, always lets me know what needs to be done ahead of time so I can be prepared. I have never had a bad experience at Lexus of Clearwater.
From the moment you phone to make your appointment the whole process was a pleasure. You drive right in and are greeted by a great group of people. They contact your service advisor who meets with you to discuss what services are needed and the cost. He will advise you the length of time for the service. You can wait in the comfortable lounge or they can shuttle you to the mall. My car was done quickly and washed and vacuumed before returned to me.
Michelle Sofarelli, Guest Services and Jasmine, Customer Relations Manager both did an outstanding job assisting me, the customer, in setting up my service appointment, answering all my questions and following up on my service. Thank you....Michelle and Jasmine...excellent!!!
The sales associate was very professional and attentive. He understood his product and was able to answer all questions. The only negative was the length of time required to complete the transaction. I did not have a trade and did not Finance. We were in the dealership for over 5 hours which included a short test drive.
I have always enjoyed coming to Lexus of Clearwater. The people are very friendly, polite and professional. I bought my first Lexus from this dealer in 2006. Eric Almberg is our service advisor and he doesn’t excellent job. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I plan to buy my next car from this dealership in 2019.
Wanted a very specific new ES 350 F Sport in white with circuit red interior with select options. Esther Ortiz, my sales consultant, worked very hard to make sure we found the right car and made the right deal. She is extremely professional and trustworthy. Would do business with her and Lexus of Tampa again. The ES 350 F Sport exceeds my expectations.
We didn’t like the total inability to negotiate the price of the car, nor the dealer add on fees. We left without our car manuals. Our salesman, John Taliaferro kept assuring me he was sending them to me. I would get a couple and the nothing. He kept telling me he was sending the last one, even sending his own copy! No manual ever came. So, make sure you leave with everything because once you walk out that door, nobody really cares if you ever get what’s missing. You will play “the check is in the mail “ game until you tire of it and order the manual online.
They were wonderful people to deal outstanding all around. The individual I dealt with was knowledgeable and extremely courteous. As a buyer from 1000 miles away they could have treated me much differently but they treated me like I was at the dealership.
