This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
Everything about Park Place Lexus made the experience enjoyable. From the greeting at the front desk and introduction to a knowledgeable Sale Associate you will find every step in the process very comfortable.
Very pleased with help I received from salesman Tom Wombacher. Facility was very pleasing and I was welcomed each time I visited with very friendly persons at the help desk. Tom was especially helpful in answering all my questions and guiding through the lease process.

My first contact was with Samantha.It was the first time I had been in a Lexus dealership. I was from Minnesota shopping for a new car.From start to finish the process took 6-8 weeks. After a general overview I met John on another visit. We talked new 2018 LS 500 vs. ES350. Discussed some numbers and leasing versus outright purchase. I left convinced leasing would be right for me.Not being sure if the LS500 or ES350 would be my choice I sat in a new 2019 ES350 on the showroom floor on another visit....right exterior,interior,options. John was able to find one that fit my criteria at an agreeable price.Pick up day was smooth.Samantha had the car ready, Josh in finance had the paperwork ready to go and Sarah the delivery specialist went through my new car???s features.Great no pressure experience.The entire staff was helpful from start to finish.A great place to buy a car..even if you are out of state.
