Sales man Kevin was excellent, was able to get us into another car quickly and without any hassle. Great service, picked up car 2 days later and was able to finish our visit and make it home as scheduled. They understood our problems and worked with us without any issues, even since we were stranded from out of state. Would recommend.

This car is great. The 2022s have enough technical gadgets, but not too many. I highly recommend it, especially to people who are not technically proficient!

He was knowledgeable about the vehicle - as a "car guy," offered his candid opinions about other makes as well. He was friendly yet professional in demeanor and answered all of our questions (including those posed by our 11yo son who came along for the test drive). And he didn't pressure us even a little bit. In fact, he made it quite obvious that he saw his role as that of trying to help us, not necessarily sell us a car. Once we decided to buy, he made the process fun too -- something to celebrate. 2020 Lexus RX 350L review
I like it and keep for a while, it is comfortable for a Japanese made car, I like the feature that came with it, and the extra seat also my grandkids love to ride with me in this car.

2020 Lexus RX 350L review
The new 2020 RX 350L is going to hard to beat in it's class for what I need from a car. It's quiet, smooth driving, luxurious and has that silky smooth Lexus transmission. The 3rd row seat is not for adults and best suited for children but I just need it for the space. The seats are comfortable and technology is overwhelming at first. Love the safety features of the new cars.
