I found a vehicle online that I was interested in and I was able to make the entire deal including my trade in sight unseen.
I arrived to finish the deal and no shocks or surprises. They were honest about all the fees and I was honest about the condition of my trade it and that helped seal a great deal for my family and helped sell another vehicle.
I had been per-approved to buy but they actually found a better deal with a financing option they offered. I was surprised because that has never happened before with my bank. And again this was over email and phone calls.
The staff was friendly, the facility much nicer than any of dealers in Indy I had visited and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My experience with Performance Lexus was amazing. I dread car shopping because sales staff can be so pushy. However I had the exact opposite experience at Performance Lexus. On several points, David would step away so my husband and I could talk. He never pushed on when I said it wasn???t want we wanted. In the end, he found me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and for the best price. Andrew was also instrumental in the deal. They are the least pushy cars sales staff that I???ve ever worked with. I???m so excited that I get to drive my dream car finally!
Our salesman Rick Hubble did an outstanding job explaining all the Lexus models and working within our budget. We will work with Rick again on the next vehicle purchase. Also had a hassle-free transaction with the finance manager. Lastly, the training to ensure we understood each feature was fantastic. I applaud the service we received by the entire dealership team!
Mathis at the used car dealership was great to work with! I was pleasantly surprised how upfront and honest he was about what was possible in purchasing the car I wanted. There was no back and forth on the price. I told him where I needed to be with my trade- in and purchase of the new car and he said he would check with the lender to see if we could get it done and we did. John Plumer was great to work with. It was a very professional experience, and what he told us originally is what happened in the end. We drove up from Erlanger KY and would have been upset if the promises on logistics, price, etc weren't kept. Everybody from the front desk, to the salesman, to the finance officer were friendly and professional.

I purchased a L/C 2017 RX350, I had a very good experience with Rick Hubble (outstanding personality) was my primary sales consultant plus Matt Martinsen (original contact). Only issue on delivery, the navigation history had not been wiped clean. I made a follow-up to the delivery specialist department (Jeff); patient, very knowledgeable, friendly.
Everything. Service is always superior, and the people are extraordinarily nice at all times. Waiting area is very comfortable, coffee is good, and cookies are great! This is my 4th Lexus and they have all been superb.
Tyler Wood was especially generous. He helped me find body shops for my IS 250, and allowed me to leave my car at the dealership until I could have it towed to a shop for repairs.
