Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
I bought a Lexus ES350 from this dealer. Mathew promptly responded to my email. Then I had a very good experience dealing with AJ during the deal and after sale. They all are very professional and friendly. Smooth transactions. I am sure I will be returning to them for future cars.
I bought a BMW 650Xi from AJ. He was good an answering questions fast and never pushy. I had the car shipped which made me nervous with out ever seeing the car but the 10 return policy gave me the confidence to try. AJ was great in following up and when one of the tires was damaged and we missed it or in shipping he agreed to replace it. They really went above an beyond to make sure that the car meet expectations. There were a a couple small issues like a knob that didn't turn well that the original warranty covered but if it didn't I am confident they would have taken care of it
I worked with AJ and the Tricars team to buy a used Infinity Q50. Overall great experience. They replied to my inquiry within hours and the next day I was at the dealership and drove away with my new car. AJ made the whole process easy and quick. The cars at Tricars seem to be of great quality. I have had my car for a month now and have had no issues, they even had new tires on the car.

This is the second time I have bought a car from Mike...we had been shopping around and saw the car I wanted online. I made an appt and explained to Mike that I had limited time to test drive and get a deal done. When I got to the dealership, the car was waiting for me to drive. It was already clean and gassed up. I purchased my first Lexus from Lexus of Towson in 2009 - and I am happy to report that based on my most recent purchase, these guys know wat they are doing. From the moment i walked ino the showroom to writing a check for my 2018 ES, the entire process was entirely stress-less. My sales consultant was a pleasure to deal with and he made the entire process very relaxing. I probably won’t need another Lexus for a few years, but when i do, I will definetly head right back to Lexus of Towson.
I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
Answer to the questions in my title is Heck YES!! I worked with Jay Johnson and he was a fantastic sales person. From the beginning Jay made me fell comfortable and at ease that this was going to be an easy process, and he delivered. Jay is very personable and when working with him it’s not all sell sell sell. He asks questions about you, and makes it about you and not what’s best for him. He makes the process about you. If you want a experience you will never forget and a place to send all your friends and family. I recommend Jay Johnson. Even after the process was over he has been very helpful. I found that some of the weather stripping was coming off from inside the door, I called him and he immediately set me up with Pam in service and rectified the situation without a blink of and eye. Thank you both. Again I definitely went to the right dealership, had the right sales person and got the right price, because Jay made the experience PRICELESS!!!
My experience at Koons was nothing less than extraordinary. Micaiahs service was awesome. He kept his communication with me at all times, he went over & beyond to make sure i was satisfied. I would recommend anybody who???s looking for results to come to Koons. I honestly have nothing negative to say at all & i appreciate everybody who was involved in helping me get my new car.
