I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

This vehicle outdistances any other luxury car I’ve driven, by virtually every measure. Moreover, its automotive integrity and reliability (which mean fewer repairs) are unsurpassed. Every time I read accounts of MBS550 owners crying over maintenance expenses, I have to chuckle. For a pure luxury blue blood, pay $30-50k less for an LS and enjoy the ride.

I was very hesitant to contact Vantage Auto as I saw they had really nice cars and I was getting played by every dealership left and right. I visited 10+ dealerships before contacting Vantage Auto. None of them would give me prices over the phone. I had to go in and see the car and get my credit run to get prices and then there would be thousands of fees that I couldn't afford after wasting hours at the dealership. I found a nice Acura TLX online and called Vantage. Jordan answered the phone and was super nice. He explained to me the process and even gave me an out the door price including taxes and DMV. Their fees were by far the lowest out of all the other dealerships I visited by at least $2000. I booked an appointment for later that day, the car was waiting for me outside when I got there. We test drove it, Jordan confirmed the numbers for me again. We went inside, he had me approved for the loan within 30 mins. I went to the bank and came back with a cashier check for my down payment, all the paperwork was ready for me and I was on my way within 20 mins. I will only shop at Vantage from now on.

I had an eye on this car for years and was finally able to purchase it pre-owned from the Lexus dealership with 81k original miles. I have had it for 1 year now and I am happy. For its age, it is a very Comfortable ride, powerful V8 engine, Reliable, and still in great condition. I have replaced the ML factory sound system with new speakers, sub and amp. Overall Love this ride. Hoping to have it for many years to come.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! Bought it brand new (about $37,000) in 2005. The first 2 years of maintenance at the dealership: too expensive. Then in 2007 I took it to a down-to-earth shop for maintenance and repair. In 2017 there was Hurricane Harvey in Houston. It was totaled. At the time not only Texas had hurricane damages, Florida too. So I purchased it back and fixed it (about $4,000). And I’m still driving it. 2024 is the last year it’s a teenager. Next year it’d be a young adult at age 20. Mileage is under 150,000. I love it other than the peeling paint. Have never had any other issue. I purchased off lease with 13k miles. Wish I had not gotten white. Not giving 5 stars because of paint issue. I paid a fortune for it and the paint should have lasted.

These cars are an amazing value. Quite simply many people hate the styling. Hence a low price. Nothing I write matters on this. You like it or don’t or put up with it for the value. The interior is simply stunning. Other than a Bentley I had no other car I’ve seen is nicer inside. Quality materials. Nice leather. Stunning real wood. And unlike anything else a way to cover the nav screen with a wood door. Stereo is excellent. Ride quality is fantastic for long trips. No. Not a super fast car in corners. Fast enough and very comfortable. Engine is silky smooth and whisper quiet. Except when you floor it you get that v8 growl. Again not a dragster but plenty powerful enough. The roof is magic. A hardtop coupe most of the time but a fantastic open top with minimal buffeting. Reliable. Very reliable. Excellent Lexus service if needed. Our 2004 has merely 60k miles and zero repairs. Many of these are low miles. Toyota reliability is a great comfort. Big and heavy and safe. Plenty of airbags and great brakes. Mass is safer than lighter cars. Do the negative? It is not easy on gas. Styling is either love or hate. Navigation system cannot be updated and CarPlay is not available although there are kits to add it including nav music and phone. So the electronic toys are dated. To give you an idea my new car is a Porsche 911. Modern. But on long trips or just getting from A to Z the Lexus is first choice. Porsche is more modern and exciting but … not as beautiful inside nor comfortable. I totally recommend this if the styling and gas mileage and electronics are not an issue. The value is unbelievable and unbeatable.

Updated to 2017 nx300h from a 2007 rx400h. We got the "Luxury" package which includes all options (in Sweden) except the Sport stuff. Love all the new technology (air con in seats, 360 cam, radar cruise, reverse collision warning and more). The trunk is a little bit smaller than 400h but instead there is a lot more space under the trunk floor since we have the compressor instead of spare tyre. Seating front and back feels almost as big as the 400h. Getting average 6,8 l / 100 km after 3 months of driving. 400h was about 9,5 l / 100 km. Handling on curvy roads is great! Acceleration is really not that bad, but the cvt / engine is noisy during hard accel. During normal driving everything is smooth and quiet.

My '04 GX470 has only 148k on it, and i have no doubt it'll go at least another 200k. Its also "comforting" to know it'll blow the doors off the police ford explorers. With regard to fuel economy, i use a fuel tab supplement and consistantly get 19 to 20 around town and 23 on the highway at 70. I have gotten as high as 24.5 when using high grade fuels. If I had to replace it, the only vehicle I would consider would be a v8 Tundra

First of, I’m Infiniti Guy who loves Nissan since I was little , meanwhile back in college we always do Lexus and Toyota engine (overhauling ) wiring and chassis assembly to pass the finals , in short I know Lexus and Toyota from the bottom so then I decide to save up for couple of years and dropped it to get Lexus GS 200T , I had Honda Toyota Camry 1989 and Infiniti G35 2003 and this particular Lexus GS beats all of them base on performance luxury and agility, it suits me the moment I lay my eyes on it , I knew it is going to be our ( mines) car , the most spacious leather interior I alway wanted soft welcoming and warm,easy to clean too, and has rear privacy curtain only can be found in Mercedes high AMG class , and plus every time I look at the bumper it grows on me like it’s going to bite someone, overall we love the car and in a near future will be purchasing another one , possibly GS-F

The Lexus GS 300 is comfy, yet sporty, fast, fun to drive, and les weals and looks slick... and the most dependable auto I've owned. Easy to low maintenance.

We were looking for a Lexus Sedan for my wife, and I wanted a more sporty vehicle. In the past I’ve had Vettes and several 380Z’s, as I aged it was not as easy to get into and out of. So we never had heard of the LexusSC until the salesman at the dealership said I think I have the perfect car for you. He said I think you’ll love the LexusSC we got in a week ago. A 2004 convertible with 32,000 miles. Silver with a black interior. That peaked our interest and we drove it. We fell in love. A silver Beauty with a retractable electric convertible top. Sold! We’ll have this one for a long time. We’re both in our 80’s so who knows how long we’ll be around to enjoy this little honey of an auto. We’ll do our best.

I’ve owned over 30 cars. From Mercedes to Honda etc. the Lexus ls460 has by far been the best car I’ve ever owned this car has never ever let me down or left me stuck anywhere EVER owned it since 2011 has 200k on it now. She doesn’t burn a drop of oil or leak anything at all. I’m also extremely hard on the car change the oil on time and keep up on the very low maintenance it needs and you’ll never be disappointed I highly recommend the Lexus ls460 to anyone who wants premium luxury without the insane maintenance costs. Well done Lexus.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch.
