Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

Helped me when I had no appt. (An icon showed on the dashboard and I couldn’t see it in user booklets) But Nick’s team were wonderful, solving the problem & giving me peace of mind again. Cannot thank them enough for the care & professionalism. They did the Lexus brand proud, plus the Omaha dealership! My deceased husband used to handle these matters, but I feel more confident now with their courtesy. Even with the most naive or outdated questions, they kindly explain in layman’s terms. I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Second NX I’ve owned. My ‘17 NX200 had zero issues the 5 years I owned it. The ‘24 NX 350 FSport has everything I want and some things I didn’t know I would enjoy. I appreciate the upgraded engine and 275hp. The programmable “custom” settings is something I was surprised to have. Besides Sport and Eco mode, you can program the vehicle to where the steering and suspension is tight but you have normal throttle/shift points. The upgraded stereo is plenty loud although the “hey Lexus” infotainment is slow and still kind of clunky, albeit better than the old platform. The associated Lexus app is user friendly, and the credit card key replacing the key fob is a subtle but welcome change: one less thing to carry. Overall it is a fantastic vehicle and has aggressive lines and adequate performance that I thing rivals anything in its class. Couple that with Toyota reliability and you have a winner. Certainly worth looking at it, I’d contend worth the purchase.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

What a pleasant surprise C & S Motorsports was. We drove to Omaha from Des Moines to look at an ‘08 Mazda Miata MX-5. Were we ever surprised to see such a beautiful, extremely low mileage ( 11,777 ) convertible. The car was simply stunning! We then met with the dealership owner, Rob. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The employees at Mazda we’re very polite. We went in around 6 pm with no one else in the dealership. My first impression was, they are going to swarm us. To my surprise, they were very professional and gave us our space with no pressure and answered any questions we had.

downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

We took an explorer in to have a door fixed - so helpful and friendly. Quick service done with quality. We also wanted to looked at a vehicle they were selling and ended up buying it! They gave us a great deal on it too.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

Better price, more options then I had expected, color I was looking for, very good condition. Very pleased with salesman, no run around.

Bought this used in December, 2022. Since then, put on 20K miles, average 40 MPG. I predominately drive in ECO mode, but when I go to Normal or Sport, plenty of power when needed. Many complements on the Interior (Saddle Color) of the car, far more than I ever had on my Acura RLX. Definitely going to get another to replace this 5+ years from now.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

We love the truck. It drives incredibly smooth, almost too smooth to feel capable off roads.... Yet it is. Gas mileage is poor as expected. Tech is a little behind the times however I'd buy it again in a second. It is so reliable and nice to drive.
