Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

I contacted Ted Russell Ford Lincoln recently on a Monday morning to inform them my 2020 Ford Escape was being towed to their facility. A young lady answering the phone told me it would be a date three weeks later at 11:15 before an appointment was available to check it out. I agreed, not really thinking this would be the case, but I didn?t want to dispute her. Arriving at the Service Dept. I was introduced to Alex who would be my service rep. Alex said he would most likely get back to me tomorrow (Tuesday) concerning the problem. He called a couple of hours later. He named the part that had failed, said it had already been ordered, but it was an unusual part and would most likely take 9-10 days to get it from the national parts supply facility. Tuesday I went in to get a loaner for the 9 or 10 days. Late Wednesday morning Alec called asking when I could come in to pick up my car. I was confused, thinking something had happened and they were unable to fix it. Wrong!! The part had come in by UPS that morning, had been installed, test-driven, and was ready for me to drive it away. The part, labor, and loaner were all covered under warranty?no charge. We cancelled the 3-weeks later at 11:15 service date!

Great car, had a Mercedes previously, and this is far better! Quiet! Lexus dealership was very helpful in answering questions about the operation if needed.

This is a great car. It's a small sedan with a sports car feel. I love driving this car onto the freeway. The acceleration is incredible and it responds to your every move as if you are one with the car. It's interior is laid out in a prefect fashion with all controls right at you finger tips. The sound system is excellent

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. James wrote it up and kept me posted on progress. Service was timely and as always waiting area at Harper is very comfortable. Fair price and quick turnaround

The 2024 Lexus is350 is an absolute pleasure to drive with it's NA V6 engine. Exterior styling is eye-catching with its sleek lines . Some say the interior is dated, but I absolutely love it for its classic look and gauge clusters. The 8-inch is a touchscreen, and there is a track pad you can use, but I hardly mess with it. There are a lot of safety features as well such as lane departure assist, backup camera, and blindspot monitoring.
