Employees always treat me like I'm important even though I'm still driving my 14-year-old Lexus. I was just replacing my battery and I was sharing with my wife how easy the experience was every time I go there.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

Worked with Mo and Shayla. Both are very professional. Both listened when I said what I would and would not pay for on the vehicle. We worked together to get, what I consider, to be a good deal. This is our 2nd purchase with Hendrick Lexus. And both times it was a very pleasant experience, for buying a car. We've also worked with the Service department on our previous purchase. I came in late on a Saturday. I pulled up 15 min before they were to close. The Service Advisor, Greg, stepped up, asked me what was needed and he was off and running. He demonstrated exemplary customer service, empathy, attention to detail and kindness. He went above and beyond in respect, consideration and character by keeping his word and completing the vehicle when he said he would. I was very empressed (obviously). They have a large flat screen TV and provide amenities for those waiting. They have vehicles available to borrow while yours is being repaired as well as service to drive you back home and pick you up if you don't want to borrow a vehicle. Its incredible! downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

What happened next sealed the deal. The car was not parked in a delivery area outside, not set up in a staging room inside the building; the car was in the middle of the prettiest, most impressive showroom room that I have ever seen, under a massive domed ceiling with indirect lighting, on a stoned floor, surrounded by other Alfas and Maseratis. I was blown away that this is how they treated me. After a quick test-drive just to make sure everything was in its right place, Riley reviewed the online paperwork and pricing that I had gone over the night before. Their online purchasing system is transparent. I could see everything I needed to in one spot, including selecting any applicable manufacturer discounts that applied on my own. The number he showed me matched what I saw the day before, no surprises. Now, the last step before a very long drive home, was the finance office. I was still expecting to walk into Ben Jones’ office and get hit with offers for last-chance, just-in-case add-ons; I was wrong. Ben rattled off the same numbers I saw at home, the same numbers I reviewed with Riley. A handful of signatures in what couldn’t have been longer than 5 minutes, and I was done. My head still spins at how fast that process was, as well as respectful of me as a buyer and my time. I walked out of the office, back over to my new car. Riley thanked me, gave me a parting gift then I quite literally drove off into the sunset. I almost cried looking around myself, seated in a beautiful new Alfa Romeo, with not a single regret nor speed bump to give me second thoughts. I have had a Lexus 430 SC for 8 years I love this car.I had a Mita before,.wanted a heavier car to drive on the interstate.this car is a dream very smooth ride. Easy top Down....had very little problems. It's unique and beautiful....I love the back seat..great for a dog or child or your coat and purse. . The mita had nothing...no it's not for everyone, but I like it....better than any new car....Getting ready for a new timing Belt , which they say will take care of most of the maintenance for long time. It is a 2004. They only made this car 2002 to 2010..

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

I bought this 2017 GS 350 as my third GS I’ve owned. It is the best of the 3. I bought it new and had for 10 years. Still looks great and runs the same. I love driving it and will hate giving it up at some point as they no longer make them.

Thinkin about that new RX350? Well consider the '00 LX 470. The 2000 Lexus LX 470 was Toyota's more plush alternative to the 100 series Land Cruiser, but don't be fooled by that majestic real wood and leather interior - this is probably the most capable car ever, period. The 3rd row seats have enough room to snooze for endless drives. The 4.7 Liter V8 sounds quieter than a breeze. The Nakamichi sound system is as close as you'll get to a mobile nightclub. Sure, the V8 may be quite mediocre, at only 230 bhp and 330 lb/ft torque, but keep in mind - the V8 is INDESTRUCTIBLE - LITERALLY. Our car was bought at 266,000 miles, but that really doesn't matter. GET ONE ASAP.

After 20 years of dreaming, I found my Egyptian Sand Pearl ‘03 beauty with 142910 original miles. Got most of its records and it had great care! I have changed all the fluids and timing belt water-pump Tensioner, thermostat, hoses & radiator to drive everyday in the summer and fall! Mileage on super has been 19.8 to 22 mpg mostly city driving ! It has been nothing short of a fantastic cruiser! Make sure you do the tb and wp every 9 yrs or 90000 miles and the engine will be bulletproof.

I bought this vehicle as I'd had a Toyota Highlander Hybrid for years and it was the best vehicle we've had (have had Ford, Dodge, Chrysler, GM, BMW) for reliability. The Lexus fit the bill, luxurious, good pickup, comfortable, lots of tech that I love. The exterior design is sporty and it doesn't look like a round blob or a box like many SUV's do. The L version has enough room to travel with two large dogs and their crates. The gas mileage is a big plus for me - so far getting 27-29 mpg.

Well organized operation - quality cars - excellent sales person - hassle free process - Don't offer great deals however. If you go to a another dealer, you can do better but you will have to work hard to get the better deal and probably put up with irritating car dealer tricks.

Driving experience is best in its class. It’s weight does not show up in the 0-60 numbers. It is fast, extremely fast, and you need to stay focused. So, park and learn how to use the accessories and option. you will be glad you did If you learn them on the fly you might just hit something not realizing how fast and how quick it moves. The V8 controversy is in the mind of many, however you will never know it wasn’t a V8 unless you were told. The car’s V6 is a BEAST in all aspects and needs to be respected. It you want to get the car, know that the options (A+ blind side, road side pedestrian, knowing exactly where you car is when parking with “birds eye view, top of the industry Mark Levinson sound system, massage driver and passenger seat, and too many added options to mentioned) are worth getting when you know their true worth. However, for a lower price, without many of these options the car does not change how it will make you feel. It is still worth a serious look even at the base price. So, don’t sit in the seat, or drive it, if you are not ready for a mind blowing experience. You will love it. As I said those who don’t see the value in futuristic designs will criticize the LS500. It may be for many reasons, not realizing that this is where luxury cars are going as they compare it to others in this luxury class. As for me there is nothing to compare it to so I won’t waste my time. I will just let the 416 horses, and 440 pounds of torque and all it futuristic technology take me places I have never been, enjoying every monement. You should do the same.

I decided what vehicle I wanted after my old one was totaled out. I located two in Lee's Summit. At Executive Automotive, I found a perfectly detailed model in excellent shape at a good price. Bought this 2018 in July with only 1,500 miles. Was able to add Apple CarPlay to complete the package. I’m very happy with it so far, but I haven’t taken it for an extended drive. It still only has 2,200 miles on it so far. I’m planning a little road-trip next month. We will see how it handles. So far so good.

Online response was slow, but still answers questions about car. Still good response. Even though was not able to make down there . Will consider buying from there in the future.

I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.
