Saw car on website, was very clean, spoke to manager, he said car was as clean as the pictures. I bought the car sight unseen and had it shipped to my house, car looked better than pictures. The guys here took care of everything, financing , shipping . Was a very positive experience all the way around.

This is the second one I have owned, I still have the 15 year old one and it still in perfect condition and passes inspections every year.

Very poor quality, just past 50,00 miles and A/C blows hot air. Can not image this bad from Lexus. My Kia and Toyota had no A/C issue for over 100,00 miles. This is my first Lexus and will be the last. Not reliable at all.
The frame on my Patriot cracked and broke so I drove it to Widrick and asked what they could do. I traded it in and they hooked me up with a beautiful Wrangler at a great price. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to buy. They made the process easy and painless and I drove away in my dream car

I made the right choice by purchasing this vehicle. I love all that this vehicle has to offer. I will stay with the Lexus family of vehicles
So I went to look at a vehicle and I found what I wanted and was chatting online and went up to test drive and that went well after signing everything the sales person was going to fill the car with gas which I thought was very nice and then while going over features one of the features did not work so they advised me to try a different usb cable and if that didn't work then to contact them so I did via internet and the internet person was going to let sales person know ... that being said it's been a week no contact from salesman and they never put gas in vehicle ... my thought if you say your going to do something do it.. I guess after you sign the paper work you get put on back burner....

This car is a very reliable vehicle with great capability in snow and challenging conditions. These cars are still made in Japan, which is a BONUS, as you get that True Japanese Quality not seen in many other vehicles. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants a great vehicle.
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.

Beautiful Vehicle, very comfortable and classy. It drives smooth and it feels like your in your Living Room sitting on the sofa. It is a great investment and very reliable.
We have never walked into Burdock Lexus expecting less than outstanding treatment and this time did not disappoint us. We dealt with an a familiar person who treated us like old friends . We discussed what we were looking for, what we wanted to do, and how we wanted to accomplish it. Pat Boyland understood everything we said, showed us what was available , them gave us the best deal he could. We felt as if we were respected, well cared for and heard. Once again, we felt that we had made the best deal possible on a vehicle of our choice without haggling and we got the vehicle we had hoped for. Gone are the days that I hated buying a car.

We recently purchased a 2018 RX350l and worked with Will Hawkins. Will was the most professional salesperson we have ever worked with. The whole process was very easy and effortless. After driving a Lexus ES 350 for the past 12 years, this is my first SUV. Really like all but one aspect of this car. It gets great mileage on long trips, but most of my driving is local and the mileage is sub 15 Mpg even with premium gas. That’s my only complaint.

I had a 2004 of this car for years, so reliable, hardly had to do a thing with it and it's 15 years old, that's why I bought another one.
Bought a new Lexus RX350 at Burdick Lexus and had a great experience with everything in the process. No pressure from our salesman who was very well versed in the features of our car and made the car buying process fun and easy.
Our entire experience at Burdick Lexus was amazing and the staff is focused on providing outstanding customer service. Our sales consultant Debra went above and beyond to make this deal as seamless as possible.

Love this car! It’s a nice size that has a really smooth ride. the interior is roomy and nice. I wish the technology was updated (I.e Apple Car Play or like) but tech package is acceptable.
Excellent service. Very accommodating in regards to scheduling and coordination of required paperwork. Thorough review of all warranties and car function buy the car dealer.

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
