After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.
We have been dealing with Forresters for over 2 decades and would never want to purchase from any other dealership. They welcome you as a friend and are always very helpful and very knowledgeable about all their vehicles. We always work with Travis Mummert and the only rating we can give him would be an A++. Travis is always ready to explain everything you need to know about the new vehicle. He cares about giving you as much time as you need to fully understand everything about the car. He has brought cars to our home for us to test drive in order to keep us from making a trip to Forresters. He has made special trips to our home to help putting the garage door in sync with our new car. We appreciate the time Travis takes to find the best deal for us. He???s extremely knowledgeable about special deals and rebates that apply to the car we???re purchasing. Travis doesn???t stop contacting us after the car is purchased. We know he will call us periodically to see how the car is working, if we???re happy with it and if we have any questions that he can help us with. We never consider buying a car other than a Lincoln because of its performance and comfort, but even more importantly, we have developed a loyalty to Forresters. They always make you feel like you???re a part of the Forresters family. And we don???t think we will ever find a dealer who we can trust the same way we trust Travis Mummert. I very honestly give the top rating possible.
Bruce Blake without a doubt is the best and most honest, straight forward car dealer that we have ever met. There is no beating around the bush with Bruce. He is as honest as the day is long, and has always been there for my partner and I. We have known Bruce for years, and feel like he is a good friend. Bruce makes people feel special, and that's what living is all about. He is not just looking for a quick car deal to make that commission for himself. He truly wants to help the customer find the best deal for their money, not to mention the most comfortable car for the buyer. Bruce will not attempt to talk you into something else, which I truly find appealing for a car dealer. Most of the other dealers that I have dealt with act like the buyer is stupid, and try to get over on them to get more money. Not Bruce... I have referred people to Bruce, and have never heard one bad comment from any of them, in reference to his professionalism and honesty. This is who Bruce is as a person, not just a car dealer! Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.
My husband and I came in looking for a bigger vehicle to fit our expanding family. We 0retty much knew what we wanted. We told our salesperson and he immediately pulled the exact car we wanted. We worked quickly through the paperwork and went home with the vehicle that night. Fast, friendly and courteous environment!

Gary Combs and Brian Sich have always ensured they listen to our needs and have directed us to vehicles that fit our requirements. The finance department (Aaron Cohen and staff) is one of the fastest that you will ever deal with. He will go to whatever level of details to ensure you understand the details of the financing of your car. The service department has always been top notch. Service and courtesy is what Woodhouse Lincoln does best, if not, talk to Matt. We have enjoyed our long relationship with this dealership and hope you enjoy it as well.
By far the best dealer I have dealt with in a very long time. No games and very upfront about everything. Truck is exactly as described. I was short on time and couldn't make the drive out, they were kind enough to deliver it for me. Will recommend them to everyone.
My dad spent hours and hours searching the web for a very nice car at a great price. He found one that was located at a Hertz dealership at Minnesota that was a phenomenal value for a fairly new Toyota Camry, exactly what we were looking for. It was 1000 dollars cheaper than most comparable Camrys. Hertz was phenomenal to work with, getting the car out to us in 1 day from when we purchased it and the car was in phenomenal condition, just like they???d promised us it would be!
