I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.

I purchased a Lincoln MKT from the Napleton Lincoln Dealership in Blue Island. Scott was very helpful in showing me how to access and use all of the applications. His assistance helped me to become familiar with locating the app and how to use it. He even setup a few of the applications for me. I was treated with courtesy and respect. I would not hesitate to refer relatives and friends to visit the Blue Island dealership to purchase a vehicle with the assistance of Scott.

Awesome.from the first Phonecard to Tim (of which they were five) To the keys of actually buying the car. Tim made it very easy, he explained all the features and a car that I never saw that many features and I???ve called him a couple of times since to remind me I watch some of the features are. I recently brought my employer’s vehicle in for service. Johnny was my service rep. From start to finish, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Dealt with this CarMax dealer over the phone and email. Tried to negotiate a price based on other dealers in the area for the same vehicle and was told that the price listed was the price you pay!
