Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

I called ahead of time to make sure my salesperson would be there. He was not available when I arrived. I was given to another salesperson. Not so bad. He was very energetic and helped me out tremendously. He was eager to answer my questions. I was able to look over the vehicle. I was pleased with it. When I came to ask about pricing, my representative said don't even think about asking $2000 or $3000 off the price. We price them closely. This was a turn off. As far as I know in buying a car or a house: I present a price and the dealer either accepts it or rejects it or counters. That is how we buy things. It is unsettling to me to think that the salesperson would tell me how to price a vehicle. I had in my mind what price I am willing to pay. I found the same vehicle with 12000 less miles on it for the same price. I can't wait for him to call me back. I will see where we go from here.
Let me start by saying .. buying a car for me is like going to the dentist with a tooth ache! The guys at Westmont Lincoln were AWESOME!
