I've driven Honda products since 1989 and most recently a 2007 Acura RDX. A family member recommended I try test drive a 2017 MKC. The technology is amazing, sound system superb, the attributes are endless
My experience from the end of November until now has been a 2.5-3 Star.
Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.

Usually after a while I get bored with a vehicle. Coming up on a year and @ 10K miles I have grown to appreciate this car even more than at new . Very comfortable and responsive.
Our salesman Bob West was great and really listened to what we wanted. No high pressure sales. Everyone there was great. My husband and I were blown away on how willing they were to work with us to keep us within our budget. Great experience.

What a wonderful car! It rides so beautifully and I am really enjoying all the bells and whistles there are on this car. My ride to and from work is a treat when sitting in this gorgeous interior. And the sound system...wow!

I had test drive a Lexus when I test drive at Lincoln MKC it was just a comfortability when I was driving it it feel like me I knew then I wasn't going to stop until I got me a Lincoln MKC I'm very happy please grateful and humbled to God he made it possible.
Bought a 2016 Ford Edge from Keith Lichucki. He was very straight-forward and accommodating. I took a fair bit of time looking at the vehicle and test-driving it and he didn't make me feel pressured at all. Didn't say anything that sounded like a lie which is something I've experienced with lots of car salesman. The sales process with Keith exceeded my expectations.
The finance guy, Ryan I think, was snarky after I declined the extra warranty service: "I didn't peg you for a betting man" and "I think you're way off base on that". After driving 45 minutes to this dealership, waiting several hours at the dealership for the process to complete, and dropping a lot of money, I could have done without the commentary. From his pushiness, I assume he must get a kick-back or something from selling those warranties.

Jason Joseph is a top notch salesperson and the Ivan in Service is fantastic!
I worked with Igor in the Service Department. I was so happy with previous work that I brought my Jaguar in for some work after her long winter's nap. I always feel like Igor and the staff have MY best interests in mind. I don't hope to "need" vehicle repairs, but if I do, I will visit Igor and the staff at Maritime Ford in Manitowoc!

I am 70+ years old - my MKC is the perfect style and size for this time in my life. The height makes getting in and out of the vehicle much easier. I love it !!!!
We found the vehicle on the internet we went to the dealership to look. The sales associate I spoke with on the phone was busy so they assigned Matt to show us our vehicle. He had two vehicles brought around for a test drive. We liked one of the two started negotiations and purchased the vehicle. From beginning to end the process was quite enjoyable no pressure just presented our options. Matt was detailed when going over cars accessories. It was certainly worth the trip. This car is so comfortable driving, has plenty of room though it could be a bit roomier for second row passengers. Quiet drive, not bumpy or rough. Can easily fit 8 bags of groceries in the back and like the fact that I don't have to bend to take items out of the car. Easy to park and good visibility. Good in the snow and the turbo has plenty of pep to navigate in traffic or on the highway or parkway. Love the wheels. Easy to clean. Overall I love this car. Recommend it to everyone.
My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Mustang GT and found the entire Mike Burkhart buying experience pleasurable. Our salesman, Matt Horstman, was great to work with. The 5-hour round trip (Chicago suburb) was worth it.

The MKC is comfortable, quiet interior and nicely styled. The one surprise was needing to have the front strut replaced when I did not have it for a year yet. But Service Dept. found the noise and fixed it and is riding as good as new again.
Fast and Easy. Great environment, no b.s. Only showed us what we asked for. Sale took less than an hour after I picked one out.
