I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. My daughter needed a car fast after she got into an accident. We didn’t really know her options. But Jere and Stephen helped my daughter get into a 2017 used escape with low mileage plus extra warranty and tire and wheel coverage. My car was totaled from the insurance company. To say I was stressed was an understatement, since I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon. Luckily I had Jere and Stephen to help me through the buying process. They calmed me down and got me into a 2017 Escape in no time. The best part about it is that my payments are actually less then my 2012 Buick that was totaled. Jere and Stephen helped me out in my time of need and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

Me and the Mrs. looked at a used Lincoln MKS there and were helped by Pat Koss he was very friendly and informative and gave us a good deal on it...the car was immaculate when we saw it and it sparkled when we picked it up...we would recommend this place....He even called a couple of days after and asked if we were happy...

Just took delivery of a 2016 MKX Reserve from Crest Lincoln and the whole process couldn't have been easier! We had been watching several MKXs on Cars.com, and found that Crest had the best price vs. mileage for our MKX compared to other Lincoln dealers in Ann Arbor, Novi, Plymouth and Dearborn. We wouldn't normally drive over 60 miles to buy a used car, but it was worth it. Tim Stasinski was a fantastic salesman, answering all our questions. He took the time to go over all the features of the MKX when we first looked at it and then again in more detail when we picked up the vehicle. Tim also handled contacting our insurance company and credit union to take of the details with the car purchase. We would definitely recommend making the drive to Crest Lincoln and speaking with Tim if you're looking for a vehicle.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Love everything about Southgate Lincoln. Great deal on my mkx. My car had to be repaired from a accident. Great service and wonderful staff. I'm looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle here.
