Darren took care of this service with the usual great service that we always get from him and the staff at Cortese Ford. Whatever the problem he/they take care of it. We have been having our vehicles serviced here for over 40 years and we will keep taking our vehicles there. Darren's name is not below but he gets 5 stars also.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Talk about hassle free, enjoyable car shopping. Everyone in the dealership was professional, friendly, helpful and very enjoyable to work with. The process was effortless and actually enjoyable which is a word seldom used to describe dealing with car dealerships and salespeople.
Andrew Wrenbeck, and this dealership in particular, totally has my trust. Purchasing a car is a big deal, and usually a stressful one -- particularly as an Asian American woman. From what I've seen, the workplace culture at the Sesi dealership in Ann Arbor, and specifically Andrew's personal qualities and skillfulness, gave me a sense of trust in the care and respect they have for people, as well as the quality of my car and value of my purchase. I feel very comfortable coming back to this dealership in the long term, should any maintenance or other issues come up. This sense of trust is rare, and when combined with such depth of knowledge and experience on Andrew's part, it is something I don't take for granted. He worked very well with me as well as my parents; having a great sense of humor didn't hurt either :) Really appreciate it.

I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.
I worked with Clay from Ford Square when I decided to buy a new Edge. His customer service was exceptional. They did not have the exact car I was looking for but within 48 hours he found the ideal car for me and I took delivery. He even picked the car that I was trading in up from where I work and took it to the dealership to get appraised so I did not have to disrupt my work day.
My wife and I found the car we were looking for less than two minutes on the lot. We were able to test drive it rather quickly and the price was right where we wanted. Very pleased with Jarod, Denny and the rest of the team. Thank you.

My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.
Took a 2011 MKX in to dealership for service. What a fun day! Ended with buying a beautiful 2018 Continental. Service and Sales departments are excellent. Timely, efficient, friendly, helpful and informative. I have been walking through their doors for 8 years. Silas, Allen and service personnel are excellent and trustworthy!
