After 3 vehicles and 9 years it is a pleasure to write this review about Crest and Dan Deutschendorf in service. I know he has ironclad integrity, but also demonstrates great tenacity in solving all situations. Once Dan takes control, I relax knowing that my vehicle will be serviced to Dan's exacting standards. I trust his judgement implicitly. The entire Crest Service team is always extremely thorough and professional. Anyone who complains about dealer service hasn't been to Crest. Talk about hassle free, enjoyable car shopping. Everyone in the dealership was professional, friendly, helpful and very enjoyable to work with. The process was effortless and actually enjoyable which is a word seldom used to describe dealing with car dealerships and salespeople.
The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
Shults Lincoln had the vehicle we were looking for on the lot. We were able to complete the sale in one day. Kane went above and beyond to make the buying experience enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership in general, the Lincoln division specifically, and Kane Kolstee in particular
Towne Ford definitely did not disappoint!! I went in looking for a new car and walked out with a vehicle that is perfect for me and my family. Customer service is excellent and everyone was friendly and smiling. Extremely pleased with my Towne experience.
I found honest, ethical, professional and courteous people at every position at the Joseph Dealership. If you need your faith in car dealerships restored go to Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati. I purchased a used vehicle at Joseph and it was the best car purchasing experience I can remember. I got a great deal and a great warranty at no cost with the purchase.
Darren took care of this service with the usual great service that we always get from him and the staff at Cortese Ford. Whatever the problem he/they take care of it. We have been having our vehicles serviced here for over 40 years and we will keep taking our vehicles there. Darren's name is not below but he gets 5 stars also.
I worked with Clay from Ford Square when I decided to buy a new Edge. His customer service was exceptional. They did not have the exact car I was looking for but within 48 hours he found the ideal car for me and I took delivery. He even picked the car that I was trading in up from where I work and took it to the dealership to get appraised so I did not have to disrupt my work day.
Just an overall nice, easy experience. great value.

Frank Mainelli is probably one of the easiest, genuine salesmen that i have met in some time. i recommend him highly. no pressure, professional. (ask him about his compass) :) thanks all. i love my car. :)
My wife and I both liked the Outlander PHEV so much we both wanted one. We sent them and offer with prices for our existing car and what we would pay the PHEV. They called back a few days later excepting the offer and had all the paper work ready to go when we showed up. The transaction was smooth and deal was exactly what we had requested (first time as dealers typically try to pull a fast one lowering the car price with the trade in).
If they did a little renovation, it would be a fantastic dealership. It's beyond dated though. That's is the only down side.
