Great place I live 45 mins away and its the only place ill go to ,I dealt with Cliff Hensley and Bill Kasanitz.....i hope thats right if not sorry Bill.They were great and so is the finance dept .I shopped at a few before i made the trek and it was so worth it ,its the only dealership that told me my fathers Z plan was better then rebates they gave me respectable trade in value and for not having the greatest credit a very easy purchase ,this place gets it !! Nobody wants to sit in a dealership for hours or leave not feeling comfortable ,Not the case here in out in about 2 hrs went from my 15 to a nicely equipt.18 F150 and loved it ....Ill be back for my wifes Bronco soon

I purchased this car for my business. I carry clients and wanted the extra leg room in the back. The a/c, sound system are great. I can drive 500 miles and stay very comfortable in the drivers seat. Since it has various positions and lumbar support.

Scott Sciaky is always spot on when taking care of our 2016 MKX. We like the dealership, the service department and drive from Northwest Indiana because we prefer Rizza. Even with a last minute scheduling adjustment by 3 hours, we were taken care of. Encountered Bruno Bon and had a pleasant conversation in the showroom. Through our conversation we both learned we went to same High school, a couple years apart, small world! Makes you feel at home another plus reason our next vehicle will be from Rizza.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This is the 3rd MKT I have owned and they have all been out standing ride, very comfortable and great performance on the road and in town.

This was a straight forward 45,000 mile service check-up on my 2007 Mercury Montego. I had made an appointment. I rolled in the door as soon as I arrived. The Service sign-in person took my information immediately and directed me to the Waiting Lounge and coffee machine. The job was completed promptly, including a car wash. I am completely satisfied with the job and all the details of the way it was handled. Highland Park Ford Lincoln has handled all my service jobs since I bought the car (from them) and will be handling all my service work until I trade it in (with them). John Krupka

Recently purchased a 2018 Mercedes Benz AMG CLA45. Working with Fernando and Brad was an extremely positive experience. They both were quick to respond and made the entire process transparent and enjoyable. They have continued to follow-up with me which is very rare these days! Their customer service has been top notch. I didn't make this easy on them as I took my time deciding on which car to purchase. Would definitely contact them again when I'm ready for another car. I found a used Ford Fusion Energie online. I sent a message through their online messaging and they contacted me the next morning. Although the car was still in transit to the dealership they were able to work out a deal with me in advance at a very fair price. When the car was received they checked it out and I was able to come pick it up. The car was in perfect condition, it looked brand new. This was one of the few dealerships within 200-300 miles that had the Energie. It was the quickest and simplest car buying experience I have had. I would definitely use this dealership again, although I hope to not need a new car for a while.

I've personally bought 3 cars from Kia Mall of Georgia before. I like the way I'm treated. That hasn't always been my experience with other Kia dealerships. So, I hit them up first when I looked to do something a little different this time. I've got to give them credit, I had convinced myself that the team there wasn't going to be able to hit the target I set. I was wrong. Maury Spencer and Tyler Poteat worked together and put the deal together. We did it all pretty much over the phone. And now my beautiful bride and I are driving two new 2016 Optimas!

I bought a car on July 5th, on July 6th I went to get gas and the gas cap wasn't working, it was locked. I sat at the gas station for 6 hours in 96 degree heat trying to resolve the challenge. Ultimately I took the risk of driving the car home with no gas in the tank. After contacting Ellas to resolve the issues i was told the car was sold AS IS. The car is currently at auto repair shop. I haven't driven the car after paying thousands of dollars to purchase it.

I literally spent the entire day at the dealership trying to figure something out and the guy did not show one bit of frustration. They sold me a car for a great price for its condition. This vehicle is roomy, sleek, and reliable. It has tons of options and extras we would have never expected. It has lots of power for a crossover. It is comfortable, reliable, and has lots of space! Would highly recommend!

I have owned 3 MKT's and they are great vehicles that give a ride and comfort that is hard to find. If you haven't driven an MKT it's something you will enjoy.
