Fantastic. Perfect size. Look is sleek. Inside all luxury. Drives smooth. Gas mileage approximately 23 in the city and 27 on the highway. Love that the seats cool and heat.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I was looking for my first "Luxury" car after retiring. I found it in my Lincoln MKX. After leasing my last car, my first and last lease. I used my favorite method in purchasing a car. The MKX is two years old with 9, 650 miles on it. Paying $21,000 under MSRP is worth the loss of two years of new car smell.
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.

Like a dream come true. Has e everything I was looking for in a luxury car and more. I had owned a Lincoln Town Car in the past and knew someday I would own another Lincoln. Have been buying nothing but Ford products for 30 years and see no reason to change.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.

The car is roomier than you would expect from the outside. I'm 6'8" and I had plenty of room in the drivers seat and there was actually room for someone to fit behind me.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

I had a 2013 MKX and traded in for this one... Very happy I did. Love the styling, as well as the ride as very comfortable.
I really appreciate your patience and understanding of my inexperience in purchasing a vehicle. Your knowledge and acceptance of my lack thereof, really helped me make what I truly believe is the correct choice. This car will provide benefit for me over the span of many years, and for that I am thankful. Arnoux is the guy to go to if you want to learn which car is the best for you. Well, I just got rid of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. Here are the reasons why:
1. Driver side seat kept moving on its own for no reason...really
2. Very bad pick-up. I must have had a car with some sort of transmission problem that no one could ever find, but stepping on the gas would almost make the car stall. This was a tempermental problem. Some days it would be fine. Forget about passing someone on the highway on a Lincoln bad day.
3. When I changed gears from park to drive or park to reverse, the radio would go on
4. Computer would freeze unpredictably even when driving.
5. I have been a driver of many different cars and I know how to defrost a windshield. It was impossible to get the defrost to actually do its job. Did not matter setting,heat,AC,windows open, windows closed, recycle. Nothing worked. I had to literally use my hand to wipe the condensation to avoid getting into an accident.
6. Heating system is not balanced regardless of setting.. In winter, your feet would be on fire and you would freeze your face off.
7. Would constantly throw codes, which would magically disappear without a trace.
After many trips to the dealer, and their inability to find any problems, I gave up. Gone!
The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.
What a refreshing experience compared to the crooks at some of the other places!!! Just walk in and ask for John Clampitt for a NO bait and switch, NO ridiculous tacked on fees, NO run around, NO gimmicks, NO pushing you to something you don't want, and NO pressure car buying . Everything was fair and honest from start to finish. Johns knowledge of the cars they have is truly staggering. I must say so far my interaction with everyone there has been excellent! If only other places were this good I could have saved a week of my life not having to deal with clowns and crooks... I finally found an honest organization. I've gotten a straight deal at one other dealership, but they don't sell fords...

The car has exceeded all of my needs! It has plenty of room to accommodate for all my friends and family for all season trips like snowboarding and lake days. It came with weather tech matts to save my interior from these day trips and It has gadgets I use every day such as the heated/cooling seats and GPS . It's very spacious and has easy to use high tech accessories!
My experience with Moore Cadillac of Chantilly was nothing less than exceptional. My Salesman, Tony Soleiman, made my car buying experience that much more enjoyable; he is such a Joy to work with! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable as well as personable throughout the entire process. He has no pressure tendencies at all and made my Uncle and I feel right at home. Buying a car from Moore Cadillac of Chantilly, with a salesman as good of a person as Tony, was the best car buying experience that I have ever experienced. I know you will feel that way too! A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
Lincoln is a great luxury vehicle

I have all features you can have on this vehicle. Love the safety features and to add a smooth ride to go with it makes for a perfect ride !!!
My truck was repaired on time as promised, and the work was done right. My service advisor Joshua was great. He let me know what the problem was, how much the recommended repairs would cost, and when it would be completed.

Love to drive it. Could have a little more leg room for driver. Otherwise it’s an excellent choice for me. It is a very good looking vehicle
