I was looking for my first "Luxury" car after retiring. I found it in my Lincoln MKX. After leasing my last car, my first and last lease. I used my favorite method in purchasing a car. The MKX is two years old with 9, 650 miles on it. Paying $21,000 under MSRP is worth the loss of two years of new car smell.
Easiest car-buying experience ever. The whole thing took less than an hour of my time and I never left the house. Mark Nikprelaj took care of everything with a few short phone calls and text messages, brought the car to me and took the old one back. Couldn't be better!

Fantastic. Perfect size. Look is sleek. Inside all luxury. Drives smooth. Gas mileage approximately 23 in the city and 27 on the highway. Love that the seats cool and heat.
I came into Star with a grand saved up and a 460 credit score. 3 months later with the help of Tim Shea I'm in a Chrysler 200 with 500 miles on it and the process couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend Star and Tim for your car buying needs

Like a dream come true. Has e everything I was looking for in a luxury car and more. I had owned a Lincoln Town Car in the past and knew someday I would own another Lincoln. Have been buying nothing but Ford products for 30 years and see no reason to change.
Me and the Mrs. looked at a used Lincoln MKS there and were helped by Pat Koss he was very friendly and informative and gave us a good deal on it...the car was immaculate when we saw it and it sparkled when we picked it up...we would recommend this place....He even called a couple of days after and asked if we were happy...
I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.

Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. I had a 2013 MKX and traded in for this one... Very happy I did. Love the styling, as well as the ride as very comfortable.
This was so easy I couldn't believe it. Jim took care of me, Steven was great at explaining things. I walked out with a very nice Mkx for my wife., I will come back when the time to buy comes around. These are very professional people.

Well, I just got rid of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. Here are the reasons why:
1. Driver side seat kept moving on its own for no reason...really
2. Very bad pick-up. I must have had a car with some sort of transmission problem that no one could ever find, but stepping on the gas would almost make the car stall. This was a tempermental problem. Some days it would be fine. Forget about passing someone on the highway on a Lincoln bad day.
3. When I changed gears from park to drive or park to reverse, the radio would go on
4. Computer would freeze unpredictably even when driving.
5. I have been a driver of many different cars and I know how to defrost a windshield. It was impossible to get the defrost to actually do its job. Did not matter setting,heat,AC,windows open, windows closed, recycle. Nothing worked. I had to literally use my hand to wipe the condensation to avoid getting into an accident.
6. Heating system is not balanced regardless of setting.. In winter, your feet would be on fire and you would freeze your face off.
7. Would constantly throw codes, which would magically disappear without a trace.
After many trips to the dealer, and their inability to find any problems, I gave up. Gone!
My daughter needed a car fast after she got into an accident. We didn’t really know her options. But Jere and Stephen helped my daughter get into a 2017 used escape with low mileage plus extra warranty and tire and wheel coverage. Without and hassle they got her into a safer suv at a fraction of the cost of her previous car. Thank you for helping my daughter out Jere and Stephen!

The car has exceeded all of my needs! It has plenty of room to accommodate for all my friends and family for all season trips like snowboarding and lake days. It came with weather tech matts to save my interior from these day trips and It has gadgets I use every day such as the heated/cooling seats and GPS . It's very spacious and has easy to use high tech accessories!
My car was totaled from the insurance company. To say I was stressed was an understatement, since I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon. Luckily I had Jere and Stephen to help me through the buying process. They calmed me down and got me into a 2017 Escape in no time. The best part about it is that my payments are actually less then my 2012 Buick that was totaled. Jere and Stephen helped me out in my time of need and I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.
