My truck was in the shop longer than stated. When I returned the loaner vehicle, the service technician inspected the loaner vehicle with a fine tooth comb before giving me the keys to my vehicle. I had left some papers in the loaner so I went back. There was a gentleman returning a loaner and picking up his vehicle. The service technician asked the gentleman was everything ok and is the tank full. The gentleman said yes. The service technician handed the gentleman his keys and said thank you. The service technician did not inspect this man car before he was given the keys to his vehicle. Maybe because I'm a woman? Maybe because I'm an African American? Not sure, however, this didn't sit well with me.
We have been looking for a Chrysler Pacifica and found several to choose from on line, we drove an hour and a half to Lincoln and Ellen Ackerman helped us with the car buying experience. We were very happy with our service, Ellen helped us find the car we were looking for and was very helpful!

They did not have the exact car I was looking for but within 48 hours he found the ideal car for me and I took delivery. He even picked the car that I was trading in up from where I work and took it to the dealership to get appraised so I did not have to disrupt my work day.
Brought MKZ in to have battery worked on, and left the owner of a new Continental. MKZ fixed while dealer told me of the financing and purchase plans available. Became the owner of a new car a couple of days later. Very pleased!!!
Great service, like always greets me by name right as I walk in the door. I go in to get things fixed that I'm aware of, few times they caught other things that need immediate attention or future and let me no in advance
We traveled over an hour to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. I can't say enough about how comfortable they made us feel. It was the most pleasant car buying experience I ever had. Our salesman Ron Toomey and the General Manager Rick Jacobs Jr. were great. I will recommend this dealership and Ron & Rick to anyone looking for a car. Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw New York- If you are looking for a Ford this is the place to go. This dealer brought me back to a place 30+ years ago, when your local car dealer actually knew your name and actually cared about repeat business. Yes, if you???re into the high pressure chaotic wall street trading floor zoo- then this is NOT the place for you. Do your homework online first and take a look at what they have in stock. Keep in mind they have another store in Nanuet NY and they can get you just about any Ford vehicle to your liking. When I arrived, I was greeted by Rose who did a great job making me feel right at home. They had the car I was interested in ready and waiting in the back. Clyde brought the car I was to test drive around and showed me the highlights of the car. After a nice test drive up scenic route 9w I returned to the showroom. Due to my situation with the VW "Dieselgate" class action lawsuit I was unable to negotiate a deal then and there. I met with Brian the sales manager who reviewed the financials of the vehicle that I was interested in. We stayed in touch over the next couple of weeks as to the status of the buyback of my vehicle from VW. The day they took my VW back I called over to Brian and we worked out the final deal over the phone (Luckily the car I test drove was still available). Again, as I said "no pressure" at all... I filled out the financial information online and was pre-approved within minutes. Clyde called my insurance company and added the car to my policy. All I needed to do was sign the papers. Due to a scheduling conflict, we needed to take the car that day. Because we arrived after service hours Brian the Sales Manager was actually washing my car in the service bay. I was amazed by the Roll your sleeves up attitude here! You would never get this from a Prima-Donna NJ dealer. I've never experienced service like this at any dealer before. We live an hour away in New Jersey (The home of high pressure sleazy car dealers!) We could have shopped the "Auto Malls" locally but we would never have had the level of customer service that we experienced at Schultz Ford of West Haverstraw. This dealer truly goes out of their way to earn your business. What a great buying experience! We will be back for our next Ford. I???m not sure when that???ll be, our Expedition has over 130k miles on it and is still running strong (Knock on wood!) Ford has come a long way in building quality products.

I had asked for a written estimate. I did not get one; instead Service proceeded to do the repair without my authorization which totaled approx $339. I told them I wanted to go elsewhere for a Freon recharge while they did it anyway for a charge of $280. They adjusted my invoice and refunded $207.
KRISTI WENT BEYOND OUR EXPECTATONS. SHE MADE SURE ANY REPAIRS OR SERVICE ITEMS THAT COULD BE DONE BEFORE OUR WARRANTY LAPSED WERE ADDRESSED. SHE FOLLOWED UP WITH A GUIDE FOR FUTURE SERVCES AT DIFFERENT INTERVALS. SHE ALWAYS HAS POSITIVE AND FROENDLY ATTITUDE.
