Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
Angela is a genuinely nice, knowledgeable salesperson. She took great care of us and was professional through out the whole process. This is our third car from Sill Terhar Ford and we have been treated very well each time.
We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Callies. He was prompt, professional, and helpful. We did most of the deal via text and phone which made the time we spent at the dealership next to none. No nonsense and friendly. Our finance person, Tom was also professional, friendly, and helpful. From start to finish, we were well taken care of.

They made the process of leasing a new vehicle pleasant and relaxed. Everything was straight forward, clear and concise. Jeff Callies and Angela Boses were easily the best at what they do. Don't know that you can do better. We will return when the time is right. Just hope Jeff and Angela are still around.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I had my Jeep Rubicon hail damage repair done at Landmark Collision. The work was outstanding. Some paintless dent repair, some new bodywork and some outstanding paint work! Delivered back to be all shiny and beautiful.
I made an appointment in advance. When I arrived I was greeted cordially and my car was taken in immediately to the Service Technician. Service was completed in a timely fashion and my car was thoroughly washed and returned to me. Danen Morse and his staff are outstanding.
I have plenty of car dealerships close to my house, but I know that the best service is at Sill-Terhar. I've worked with Jeff the past 3 times and I am always so happy and well informed when I leave. I will continue to give this dealership my business because of how they make me feel as a customer.
