From start to finish my car buying experience was perfect!! Mari helped me with my online inquiry. She was a pleasure to work with and got back to me promptly with quotes. I came in Mari introduced my husband and I to Geo! Geo was seriously amazing!! I told him exactly what I wanted and he went above and beyond to find me the car I???ve always dreamed of! I actually almost lost out on it but Geo swooped in a saved the day. Hence, not all hero???s wear capes! Then came Sam!! He helped me get my dream car for a great price! He???s a great guy and did everything he could to get me a good price! So after finally getting a chance to review my paperwork from the dealership, there are a few things that are bothering me. When we were figuring out pricing and APR with the salesman he brought back me my credit score which I believe he said was from TransUnion he said mine was like a 710..ok seemed pretty low but ok when I finally check (should have done it at the dealership) it was not even close too your number it was higher this was lie number one . Second, we agreed on a price together that if he can get a payment of 420 a month and apr more realistic that he was offering a 5.9% I said I wanted 3.5% because that what my bank offered me with no money down or anything I would take it home today and I even showed him my offer to prove it ( yes, I know when they have you sign saying if I can get you this price is not legal document) . After he talks to the guy he said he got "it" to me means he got the price I wanted least that what I thought. and we are all good to go took my credit card to run the downpayment never showing me the final paperwork ( actually never saw it until the last guy when I was signing all the paperwork) yes some of it is my fault should have looked things over more because this guy/dealership you cant trust when I checked over the paperwork I saw he gave me a 427 payment and an apr of 4.04% which is not what we agreed upon when I said if you get this offer I will buy the car. Silly me for trusting a salesman right? So, in the end, he squeezed another 1k from me. the best part is it was from the same bank that I got my loan offer from to. why couldn't he say "no I couldn't get you the offer here is what we can do" it is as simple as that now we go to the extend warranty for interior and paint. She was really good at explaining everything that it covered and even showed me a demo of my interior and what would happen if it gets wet cool right? when she initially gave me a price 2499 for the package i thought wow that's steep after say "no" twice magically it went down to 800 like is that even morally right ?that you can cut it by more than 60% and still make money so at this point I wasn't listening to what she had to say or the next guy to offer me another extended warranty of any kind wasn't gonna hear it. I will give kudos to you I.T team or whoever does you google searches cause you were the first one to pop up when I typed in ford escape while I was waiting at another dealership for there salesman to get a car to test drive that wasn't offering any of that and had a better price and actually offered ford rebates. in the end, I do love the SUV but I should have just walked out and not come back I don't like being taken advantage just like anybody else and we agree on a price I want you should be able to negotiate a price not just keep saying no to any of my offers and not even getting a counteroffer I literally heard the finance guy laugh and that's when he brought me another model that he thought would be in my price range. but don't worry I wont be back there for anything buying another car or even your service department cause i don't want to be at a place that does this stuff.
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
