After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Went to this dealership several times to view a vehicle, met by two people that really weren’t helpful and that the vehicle wasn’t ready even though it was advertised. Called and went back to test drive several days later (they didn’t call me). Went back a third time for another test drive (told the vehicle wasn’t quite ready still) and try to make a purchase. After I left because the price was just to high, I went back to the vehicle listing on-line and it was @ 25k and a sales person by the name Jerry was trying to up sell the vehicle by several more Grand.
Posting here for other potential used car buyers to this dealership, do your homework before you buy from them.

Many issues-Some issues known as common to the model but Lincoln won't take responsibility. Drivers door latch faulty, shifting into park (car doesn't recognize and accessory power stays on), squealing noise under hood -8 times to dealer not resolved, rear lift gate latch randomly does not engage, dash and hood are so high that sight is limited for parking. Ride is comfortable and Backseat ride & cargo space are good for a SUV.

Like a dream come true. Has e everything I was looking for in a luxury car and more. I had owned a Lincoln Town Car in the past and knew someday I would own another Lincoln. Have been buying nothing but Ford products for 30 years and see no reason to change.
I purchased a certified MKZ Hybrid on 9-1-18 with Russel Hogg. Very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Very informative about the car, papers all ready for me to sign, a wonderful experience.

The car is roomier than you would expect from the outside. I'm 6'8" and I had plenty of room in the drivers seat and there was actually room for someone to fit behind me.
Let me start with the dire situation we were in, after evacuating to Philadelphia from Miami after Hurricane Irma, my family and my Truck were exhausted. I've heard about the great Service the Bergey's Lincoln provides, so we drove the extra 45 minutes to Lansdale. Chuck in the Service Department was a Saint, he eased our mind and troubleshot all the noises and squeals we were experiencing. His wealth of knowledge and the matched maintenance skills of his "Truck Man" Jason were far beyond our expectations. There is no job too big for Chuck and his team at Bergey's all the parts we needed were delivered fast and the Truck was driving like new when we left! Chuck is a true hero and we wouldn't have made it all the way home to Miami without his quality and genuine service. I highly recommend the Service Department of Bergey's Lincoln!

This car has more room than my previous purchase. Love the smooth ride and the sun roof in the front and back of the vehicle.
I was in the market for a used MKZ Hybrid and Bergey's in the place to go. They have a very large inventory and seem to get new ones in all the time. I wanted a specific look and let them know to keep me updated.
They took away extras that my Lincoln MKS had.

It's not what I expected. The extras are a lot less. No heated steering wheel, no massage seats but I ended up paying more for less.

Well, I just got rid of my 2016 Lincoln MKX. Here are the reasons why:
1. Driver side seat kept moving on its own for no reason...really
2. Very bad pick-up. I must have had a car with some sort of transmission problem that no one could ever find, but stepping on the gas would almost make the car stall. This was a tempermental problem. Some days it would be fine. Forget about passing someone on the highway on a Lincoln bad day.
3. When I changed gears from park to drive or park to reverse, the radio would go on
4. Computer would freeze unpredictably even when driving.
5. I have been a driver of many different cars and I know how to defrost a windshield. It was impossible to get the defrost to actually do its job. Did not matter setting,heat,AC,windows open, windows closed, recycle. Nothing worked. I had to literally use my hand to wipe the condensation to avoid getting into an accident.
6. Heating system is not balanced regardless of setting.. In winter, your feet would be on fire and you would freeze your face off.
7. Would constantly throw codes, which would magically disappear without a trace.
After many trips to the dealer, and their inability to find any problems, I gave up. Gone!
Dave Clark at Bergey's Lincoln in Lansdale helped me this weekend in my search for the right used car. Dave was friendly, low key, very informative and straightforward. Dave was totally focused on helping find the car that fit my needs. Professional, and clearly knows his stuff. I'm actually sad that my financing fell through on the great car I was looking at. Would definitely go back to Dave again.

The car has exceeded all of my needs! It has plenty of room to accommodate for all my friends and family for all season trips like snowboarding and lake days. It came with weather tech matts to save my interior from these day trips and It has gadgets I use every day such as the heated/cooling seats and GPS . It's very spacious and has easy to use high tech accessories!
I was looking for my first "Luxury" car after retiring. I found it in my Lincoln MKX. After leasing my last car, my first and last lease. I used my favorite method in purchasing a car. The MKX is two years old with 9, 650 miles on it. Paying $21,000 under MSRP is worth the loss of two years of new car smell.
The back-up camera went bad and had to be replaced. I only had the vechile for a few months. I do not understand.
