I just bought my 4th car from the Imperial Group. Although I purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Trax, I insisted on having Dave Bertulli from the Ford side as my salesman. Dave has sold me 3 of the 4 cars I've bought from Imperial over the last 8 years and I wouldn't work with anyone else. He has the rare trait in car sales of being honest with you about what he can and can't do for you, he won't tell you what you want to hear to get your money, he would rather build an honest relationship so you will go back to see him time and time again, as well as sending your friends and family to him.
We recently purchased a 2016 Ford Edge at Imperial Ford, and had the pleasure of working with Ali Kehail. Buying a vehicle is not one of our favorite things to do, but we have to say, that this experience was a good one. Ali is a great salesman, and we appreciate his superior professionalism. We highly recommend Ali, and encourage anyone who???s looking to make a purchase.... make sure you see Ali....!!!!!!
This is my second vehicle purchased from Imperial Chevy and given the professional, courteous and exceptionally accommodating salesman, Jazz Kelley. He was kind, easy to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful who clearly knows his business, I will most certainly be back again for my next truck. I have all my vehicles maintained here and look forward to continuing that service with my new Yukon.
I have been looking for a particular pre owned car for two months. Mostly big franchise new car dealers who also sell used vehicles. I was somewhat hesitant to look at vehicles from a pre owned only dealer. I had no real reason just my incorrect way of thinking. Automax of Attleboro was a pleasant surprise. Great inventory and some very fair pricing. They had the car I wanted and priced it where I needed to be and were also fair on my trade. Leo did a great job and was honest. Robert in finance is right out of central casting and got he job done for me. Very good experience and recommend them highly if you are in the market for a quality pre owned vehicle.
I was switching my old registration over to my new vehicle. I was given an honest and reasonable expectation of when my registration would be available. Eddily emailed me with updates and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Good experience, overall!
Danny Jordan could not have made our car buying experience any easier. He was professional, patient and never once put on any pressure. We are thrilled with the experience we had at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. James Lewis made the paperwork portion of our purchase a breeze. He explained every detail about the financing and warranty but did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with.
I worked with sales consultant, Al Coelho, who was extremely pleasant, helpful, and genuine from the time I met him until the deal was closed. We test drove a couple vehicles, went over numbers in detail, and managed the close the deal all within the same day. Great service, never felt rush, highly recommend.

My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!
Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
i recently went to Tasca in Cranston with my significant other to pick up a car that he had just purchased with no intention of looking at or buying a car for myself. We (and other family members) have always called on "our" salesperson Lou Colon when we wanted to purchase a vehicle, while my significant other was signing his paperwork, Lou told me about a car that had just come in and he thought it would be perfect for me. i looked at the car and fell in love with it. Lou was right the car he showed me was perfect for me! i love my "new" car! i can't say enough about the Tasca dealership in Cranston. Everyone i have ever dealt with at Tasca has always been friendly and courtesy. They do everything possible to make the car buying process as easy as possible. i will continue to recommend Lou Colon and the Tasca dealership in Cranston.

Everybody nowadays wants a review. So here we go. Carmax was a different experience! Better then what I've delt with in the past. Everything went smoothe and efficiently. The way it should be, no exceptions. Did they jump through hoops? NO! Did they offer me a drink? NO! Did they call me a week later to ask how I was enjoying my purchase? NO! They did the basics and only what they were getting paid to do. Still waiting 2 weeks plus to here back from service. You wanted my review, you got it!
My agent, Linda was absolutely delightful. And Tim was do helpful. I looked at the car on Sunday, bought it on Monday & picked it up registered and stickers on Tuesday. I was blown away. The staff treated myself, husband & 4 yr old daughter like we were family & had known us for years. I would & will recommend this dealership to any and everyone.
After having a difficult experience with the Lincoln dealership closest to my home I expressed my interest in a vehicle in the Champion Lincoln inventory. My inquiry was quickly responded to by Christine. Effectively and efficiently she answered all my questions and emailed me additional pictures (that she took herself) because I live nearly 100 miles from the dealership.
They were accommodating and went above and beyond to "make the deal happen". There were none of the usual dealership games/tactics.
Tim and Alan worked the numbers and financing for 3-4 hours to get a "formula" that worked for the lender, the dealership, and my budget.
They were all genuine people and treated me more like a friend than just "another customer".
Mike delivered the car because Christine was off on the day I traveled from New Hampshire to Brockton, MA (she didn't tell me or ask me to come another day but instead made sure that everything was set up and/or communicated in her absence).
Straightforward, honest, and caring are just a few additional words that come to mind to describe my experience.
This is my first Lincoln and first purchase from Champion Lincoln but it will not be my last. I hope to see each of them again in a few years! If I had to say that I had a regret it would simply be that I do not live closer so I can visit for service, repairs, or just to say "hi".
Champion is certainly a fitting name for this dealership. The people here are winners and make you feel like one too!

They service both of my cars and until I started doing business with Herb Chambers Cadillac I never would use a dealer for anything other than warranty work. Now I even buy all my tires from them. A J has been there for many years and is the reason I continue to have my cars serviced there.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
