Dave was a great sales person. He was very informative about the car and the history of the car as it was used. He was knowledgeable about all the amenities and listened and answered all my questions and was responsive to my concerns. It was a great experience overall. Austin was also very good to work with in finalizing the loan and any other add ons. I will definitely recommend Sneed Ford and return when i'm ready for my next car!
I purchased a 2017 mustang gt premium and i was very impressed with the innovatory they had, i was able to get my hands on the car of my dreams with all the different choices they had. Although my front grill was missing the "mustang" emblem so i contacted them to tell them about it and they said they can't do much about it which is upsetting due to the amount of money i spent on the vehicle i wish they would throw in the new $10 emblem. The reason this is a 5 star rating is because Anthony was very friendly and made my buying experience awesome!
I have to say these guys were the best. Understanding in a stressful situation for my husband and myself. Got us into a new flex the next day. Great dealership, great sales guys, great finance guy. Very helpful even though we went through our own bank. We will be buying from them again.

I have been looking for the car I purchased for about a year. Found the car and called Northtown even auto and was lucky to have Carl carter answer the phone. I made an offer for the car and Carl got back to me in about 10 minutes. I made another offer and had a very nice conversation with Carl about this process and again after taking to the owner they came back with an agreement we both could live with. I live in Massachusetts and doing a deal long distance was a little concerning I did not see the car in person but Carl assured me the car was on great shape and I would not be disappointed when it arrived. He kept in touch with me on a regular basis on what I needed and put me in touch with Keith to get all of the paperwork completed. I hope the owner of the company gets to read this because he should be very, very proud to have such dedicated employees working for the company. Buying a car here was one of the most comfortable car buying experiences I've ever had. My salesman Todd Wood was absolutely amazing. The finance manager didn't try to hustle on the warranty and made me feel very comfortable about my new car. Overall this is a great dealership and one that I will look to in the future and will recommend to any one I know looking for a new car.
