Took care of all needs quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them to others. Went the extra mile to get my issue solved and me on my way.
I am just more comfortable when driving a Lincoln.

I have had several Lincolns in my life and have a lot of confidence in the safety and performance capabilities of the Lincoln. Since I have driven and owned many other models and makes over the years, I consider Lincoln among the best of them.
Had an amazing experience with Ted Korda. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Lincoln Continental Reserve . He was very friendly easy to speak with and also very knowledgeable on cars was amazing...

This car met all of our needs. The performance, style and price is hard to beat. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a little luxury.
Ted Korda is great. helped me out when I didn't think I was helpable. Super patient, very kind, and a generally great person to be with. Ogden Lincoln of Westmont is my car dealer for as long as I live near it and as long as he works there.

This car runs so smooth in the snow better then an suv I loved my Buick and thought it was the most reliable car I was wrong I’m Lincoln for life now
I called ahead of time to make sure my salesperson would be there. He was not available when I arrived. I was given to another salesperson. Not so bad. He was very energetic and helped me out tremendously. He was eager to answer my questions. I was able to look over the vehicle. I was pleased with it. When I came to ask about pricing, my representative said don't even think about asking $2000 or $3000 off the price. We price them closely. This was a turn off. As far as I know in buying a car or a house: I present a price and the dealer either accepts it or rejects it or counters. That is how we buy things. It is unsettling to me to think that the salesperson would tell me how to price a vehicle. I had in my mind what price I am willing to pay. I found the same vehicle with 12000 less miles on it for the same price. I can't wait for him to call me back. I will see where we go from here.
Money well spent

I've had the 2018 MKZ for 3 months. Really enjoying the car. Have the 3.0-400 HP. The car has an extremely smooth ride, moves when you want to push it and handles just fine. The interior is comfortable, the Revel sound system is fantastic and the trunk has a lot of room. If you want a sports car, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable, good looking ride, the MKZ would be money well spent.
Let me start by saying .. buying a car for me is like going to the dentist with a tooth ache! The guys at Westmont Lincoln were AWESOME! Jeremy and Josh made the process comfortable, fast and with no nonsense. They went out of there way from start to finish finding my family a great deal on a used Lincoln Navigator. Never felt any pressure or question about whether they were being open, fair and honest with the purchase. Love the new ride and look forward to stopping in to see them when coming in for routine maintenance! Thanks for the great service!!
Top of the line car but no power outlets!

I mean really, it has a 110 AC outlet and three USB outlets but no good, old fashioned 12 Volt cigarette lighter type outlet. What is with that? I can not plug in my radar detector, my trickle charger for the battery or my cell phone charger. This is totally stupid and probably some cost cutting idea of some junior engineer. Another point, it has seat adjustments for darn near everything except I can not make the sides of the seat go down and have constant pressure on my hips, both of which had total joint replacements. I ended up sticking in a foam seat cushion to escape the pressure from the seats. Then you have the Lincoln cell phone app. What a hoot. The local dealer moved a number of years ago and this dumb app still says the dealer is located in the center of town. Maybe if they are going to inflict you with a cell phone app they could update their info so it gives you the correct information. Torque steer. Good grief, this is an AWD car. Torque steer is something you see quite often in front wheel drive, there is no reason to see this with an AWD car. What I wanted was a Fusion Sport that I could get built the way I wanted but my wife wanted this one. IMHO that was one time I should not have listened to her.
