From Fielding my frantic and annoying questioning in the beginning of the process to putting my baby on a truck and shipping her to New York Nelson and Jacky Jones handled it with the skilled salesmanship hand. Smooth man smooth. Six months after purchasing my 2014 Lincoln MKS I am still satisfied. I've experienced 100% honesty and commitment to their products which Jacky Jones had the opportunity to show. Bottom line I am now shopping a pre owned Lincoln MKZ hopefully Jacky Jones will have in stock what I need. Win-win baby!
I have now purchased 3 vehicles from Jacky Jones Lincoln. They don't use any of the old car dealer tricks like so many others trying to pressure you into making a decision before you are ready. The sales staff is well educated on the product and very courteous. I recommend Nelson Rivera if you go by, he's extremely friendly and very laid back. He won't push you to make a decision, he'll tell you to take your time and feel good about making a purchase. The sales managers are great and really help you out to get the payment you want at a great rate. The service department is really friendly, and Heidi (the new service manager) is as polite as they come. Overall, this small dealership feels warm and inviting, which seems to be lost upon so many other dealers who use intimidation to pressure you into a purchase you probably wouldn't do normally.

They called me back on Monday (I sent them a request on Sunday) 1st thing in the morning. They honored the price they advertised, got me excellent credit through Lincoln. Better than my Navy Federal Credit Union. I decided not to do the deal because I'm looking for a house too, and they were very gracious about it. They definitely earned my future business even though it's 53 miles up to them from my house.

We were especially impressed by Jeremiah Wright and his knowledge and efficiency in the sales process as well as delivery and explanation of our new Lincoln Continental. I had been searching for a new truck for a while when I found exactly what I was looking for. I submitted the form to contact the dealer through Cars.com and was surprised to get a phone call from an actual person instead of some generic email. Since I live more than 100 miles from the dealership most of the sale was done by phone. I first spoke with Nikki Davis who told me a bit about the area and the dealership itself before putting me in touch with Lamar Elrod,my salesman. Both Nikki and Lamar talked to me like I was a friend. Lamar answered all my questions about the truck I found so that I was confident it was exactly the truck for me. He helped get everything done over the phone so all I had to do was drive over there. Because it was a working weekend for me they had to hold the truck until Monday evening. We arrived late Monday and they had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. They checked out my trade while I looked over the truck and drove it up the road. There were no issues at all for either side so we did the paper work. Even though it was getting late nobody there seemed to be in any rush and everyone was in a great mood. The guy handling all the paper work was great too, I only wish I could remember his name as well. These guys even had my trade in paid off before the end of the week. This has been the best buying experience I've had.
My sister had been looking for a car for a long time. The other dealerships did not take her seriously. We pulled up to ALM at the Mall of Ga. and was greeted immediately. She told them what see had seen on line. Ali & Tammy brought us snacks while we waited to see the car. The price on line was the true price. It was such a relief to have a honest salesman. Ali bought our dinner while she purchased her beautiful SRX. It was the least stressful experience I have ever had buying a auto. I would recommend Ali to anyone looking for a vehicle. I will be buying my next car from him.
My husband and I bought a Toyota Sienna from here tonight and had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We had gone to multiple dealerships prior to this and were turned off immediately by the haggling followed by rude attitudes when we asked questions and once they realized we weren't intending to buy, but just look. Very unprofessional. That wasn't the case here. Randy was so great to work with. He wasn't pushy, he was very patient with all of our questions and/or concerns, he was knowledgable and informative when explaining things to us, and most importantly he was honest. I think that's hard to come by these days. Every employee that passed by us was extremely kind and asked if we needed help or if we were being helped already. Great customer service. We are definitely satisified customers and would highly recommend Billy Howell dealership!
ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
I had the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service that I have encountered in a long time with any car dealership. The staff was friendly, I did not have to wait a very long and they knew exactly what they were doing. I will definitely be a long time customer with this dealership.
