Sebastian was amazing and so friendly to talk to, we visited a few other dealerships and came across this one , we met a few nice people while there but me and my husband wanted to see the whole lot ourselves , I guess you can say old fashion since we can look online to look into the vehicle instead. While looking at the pre-owned vehicle we came across Sebastian, he was so nice and welcoming and it being it 1st time buying a vehicle we looked into what we were looking for and he gave us some advice into what to look out for as well as what vehicles are long lasting and showed us our options. My husband was very happy with his honestly as well as his tending to us especially with my daughter with his help we were able to find a great family car that meet all go our needs with more additional features and our price range. So glad I found it.
I love this car! It’s stylish, comfortable and dependable. I bought it in 2012, I’m the 2nd owner of this beauty (it was love at first sight). Besides tires and a battery Ive only replaced the starter and the brakes. It has never failed its state mandated inspection. It’s red and still looks as beautiful as it did in 2012. Trunk is roomy and holds everything I have to haul around. I would give it ********** because 5 stars is just not enough for this car!!

ASE Parts Specialist and Mercedes tech retired. 2016 mkz 3.7 now with 60k miles. Throttle position sensor went south. Part of the throttle body. Simple job. Only issue I’ve had. Don’t understand why there is no front windshield chrome strip. Almost looks like it starting to delaminate ! Hmm Luxury car with no window trim odd I think. 3.7 pretty fast handles good. Low in front scrapes often
