I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. They have a great selection of stock and will do right by you.
This was so easy I couldn't believe it. Jim took care of me, Steven was great at explaining things. I walked out with a very nice Mkx for my wife., I will come back when the time to buy comes around. These are very professional people.
My daughter needed a car fast after she got into an accident. We didn’t really know her options. But Jere and Stephen helped my daughter get into a 2017 used escape with low mileage plus extra warranty and tire and wheel coverage. My car was totaled from the insurance company. To say I was stressed was an understatement, since I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon. Luckily I had Jere and Stephen to help me through the buying process. They calmed me down and got me into a 2017 Escape in no time. Just find the car you want and talk to Mr. Tim Shea it’s just that simple in about a half an hour you’ll be riding that dream car home or if your like me go pick up your cutie and put the pedal to the metal. Me and the Mrs. looked at a used Lincoln MKS there and were helped by Pat Koss he was very friendly and informative and gave us a good deal on it...the car was immaculate when we saw it and it sparkled when we picked it up...we would recommend this place....He even called a couple of days after and asked if we were happy...
Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
